Great location, very comfortable

Extremely clean, very convenient to restaurants, the bay. The beds were very comfortable. Be sure to get detailed instructions from Alberto as to how to get to the parking lots! It was an adventure for us.

Beautiful apartment in central Santander

We had a great week in Alberto's property. The apartment is beautiful - high-end decor and fittings - very spacious and immaculately clean. The location is great, right in the heart of the commercial zone. There are bars, shops, restaurants etc just a few steps away. We could have easily managed without a car and in fact parking was a bit challenging. As there was no on-street parking we needed to use underground carparks nearby, which were usual city prices (i.e expensive). It was much nicer walking and cycling round the city to the parks and beaches. The only downside (no fault of the owner) was the noise from the TV in the apartment upstairs which could be heard in one of the back bedrooms every night until late. There were also men working early each morning in the courtyard behind the apartment! But those in the bedrooms affected just used earplugs. This was only a minor issue in an otherwise fabulous property.

Vacaciones en Santander

Todo perfecto desde la contratacion por la página homeaway hasta el trato con Alberto el dueño!!!! El piso es tal y como viene en las fotos, una maravilla, con todas las comodidades y la ubicación perfecta, éramos seis alquilamos un coche para ver todos los pueblos de alrrededor, han sido unas muy buenas vacaciones. FANTASTICA ESTANCIA EN ESTE PISO

Piso muy grande, moderno y luminoso, perfectamente equipado en todas las estancias que son muy amplias, salón muy espacioso con grandes sofás y cómoda la zona de comedor. La limpieza inmejorable. La ubicación perfecta en el centro de Santander. En cuanto al propietario destacar su gran amabilidad en el trato, dando todo tipo de facilidades e información de la ciudad y atento a cualquier requerimiento. Ideal para siete personas. Totalmente recomendable.

Un piso amplio y muy cuidado en el centro de Santander

El piso está completamente renovado, es moderno y muy espacioso (eramos 7 personas). Estaba todo perfecto, muy limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario. La úbicación ideal en el centro de Santander. El propietario muy agradable, nos dio muchas facilidades y está pendiente de todo. Sin duda lo recomendaría.
