This property was perfect! My son and I stayed for a week of fly fishing. The condo is about a five minute drive to downtown Bozeman's restaurants and shopping. It is also very easy to get on highway to get out of town. Property was very clean and the owner, Jean was extremely nice. She took care of anything we needed. The condo also has basic necessities like coffee, spices, condiments and a few bottled waters. The property offers private access to the East Gallatin River. This was great because we could walk out the door and catch fish. Overall, it was a perfect condo for my son and I.

Perfect!
Jean was an amazing host, and had everything layed out that we needed! Property was beautiful and we caught trout from her back yard. Inside it's a very nice open floor plan with everything you need. Comfy beds and a nice bathroom. Will definitely be staying here again when passing through Bozeman!

Perfect Montana location
This is an absolutely beautiful rental. It is spotless and decorated so nicely. The furnishings are just lovely. Jean is a wonderful host! The rental is convenient to the airport, to Bozeman, and nearby towns like Livingston and Big Sky. I enjoyed my stay immensely and was even able to see the neighbor's hot air balloon blow up and fly over the apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

Great fishing, convenient to downtown
This rental is clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped. We spent the week hiking, fishing and visiting our son. As previous reviewers have said, you can hear the trains when the windows are opened at night, but it did not bother us too much, and earplugs are provided if you need them. My husband fished out back every night and caught quite a few trout! Jean is very responsive and a great host.

Great location outside of town but near everything.
Love this charming unit. All the amenities you would expect. Unit was spotless and quiet. The train does run quite often at night but it wasn't an issue for us. We stayed pretty busy with a wedding we were in town for and didn't get to relax on the property much... That being said we could definitely see how you could totally relax at this amazing property.
This will be our go to unit should we find ourselves in bozeman.

Lovely apartment, well equipped, clean, and pretty views.
We are new to the homeaway experience, but we were very pleased with the property. the place was nicely decorated, fully equipped, would be great for a large dinner party! and VERY clean. the views were lovely overlooking a horse pasture, with mountains in background. Saw deer on numerous occasions and even a fox one am.
Super close to bozeman which was important to us. owner was away but was available and super helpful and pleasant. the fisherman in our party saw some big trout in the stream but alas, they got away! would definitely stay again. Thank you! mb and mike

Beautiful property and amazing hospitality! And...the wildlife!!
This property rates as one of the best I have stayed in and Jean, the owner, was so kind and accommodating. The condo sits on several acres backing up to a river where we spent some time fly fishing. For me, the best part was the wildlife right outside our door...deer, horses, ducks, rabbits, beaver, bull moose (which we unfortunately did not see). For my boyfriend, he loved fly fishing catching some nice trout. We spent four evenings at the condo which was newly remodeled with a well stocked modern kitchen...it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We loved this property and will definitely go back. I would highly recommend this property...and I'm very particular...

Wonderful Accommodating Owner!
We were the first renters and spent three weeks in the apartment in May 2016. The apartment was comfortable for two people, well-equipped, well-designed and spotless. The Owner was eager to provide us with anything we needed that wasn't already provided. Unfortunately, due to lousy Bozeman weather, we weren't able to fish.

Great stay! Perfect location and peaceful!
We loved staying at this location! You feel like you are out in the country, but only a couple of minutes to town. The unit is ADORABLE!! Amazing architecture design for the space and our teen girls loved it as well! Well stocked, full size appliances in the kitchen. Parking is easy (Owner made room for us as we were moving daughter and had a trailer). Owner is available if you want, but very private. Highly recommend meeting for great info and a wonderful person to meet! We booked late in the game, but all was good. Trains did not bother us at all, but there are (packaged) earplug in the top left drawer near the dishwasher. Fishing was wonderful and our daughter caught a nice Brown trout! Enjoyed a morning of watching a hot air balloon drift by and land just to the left a couple of hundred yards. Caused the deer to scatter! Pretty entertaining! VERY clean and well maintained unit. It is upstairs so that may be a consideration for some. I have to say good things as we will want available for future visits! WONDERFUL!

nice place close to town with a view of the mountains
I booked this on short notice and got quick responses when I asked questions. It was easy to do and got all the info I needed to get access to the house. It was upstairs so once I got all of our gear up there, it wasn't too bad. There is only one real bedroom and all of the rest of the sleeping areas are sort of out in the open. If you're with the kids, not a big deal at all though. They've actually got a little room that is sort of odd shaped that I'm sure some little boy would love to roll his sleeping bag out in. Pretty cool for sure.
All the amenities we needed were there. It was clean and very open. Really the only downside was the fact that it's close to the train tracks...and they run all night long...sometimes several times a night. After knowing that, a set of earplugs helped the situation and we had a great stay.

I have lived on and off in Montana for the past 20 years and in 2013 I decided to permanently retire in beautiful Bozeman, Montana.
Why they chose this property
I have wanted to live on a Montana river my whole life. Last year I found this wonderful property that has amazing 360 degree mountain views located right on the East Gallatin River with plenty of space for my horse, Gypsy.
