In addition to our standard cleaning, we have implemented a COVID-19 sanitation program according to the new requirements. This extra sanitation is mandatory and is part of the plan that counties submitted to reopen vacation homes: “All vacation rentals shall follow the SAFEHOME Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professional (VRHP) and Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) Cleaning Guidelines for COVID-19.”

This checklist emphasize the sanitation of things that may not have previously been cleaned on every turn, like “high touch points” as lamp switches. Our cleaning team have been educated on these changes and have been equipped with the necessary materials to complete their work. like gloves and face masks.

Our keyless entry check in reduces the amount of people you come in contact with. We give you your door code and you go directly to the house. No check in office to go to.
