This property is hosted by Coastal Properties, LLC in Orange Beach, Al. You will simply love the new look of this popular 2nd floor unit. It has been upgraded with fresh paint and new furniture which will make for a relaxing beach vacation. While there are 2 elevators you can easily access this unit by way of the stairs. It has been recently redecorated and is located in the heart of Orange Beach. You will enjoy your gulf front balcony which is furnished with a table and four chairs. This unit features all tile floors, sofa sleeper, dining table, bar stools and a kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Great place right on the beach!
We loved being right on the beach. Great location with everything you can think of right in the area. Condo listing has check in as 3 pm but when we arrived we were told check in was not until 4-5 pm. They were cleaning the unit when we arrived and said they were mopping their way out the door. We went right up and it was not wet and didn’t looked like it had been mopped. Overall great place and we would stay again.

Worst ever!

Reviewer Comments: We had ask NOT to be on the 2nd floor due to the noise, etc. We were told NO that was the ONLY room they had...booked 4 months ago. We were unable to sit out on the balcony or leave our sliding doors open to hear the ocean due to excessive smoke from people right under our room at the pool. Also, constant loud talking and noise from outside. WORST of all the A/C unit was 3 ft from our bed and sounded like a train going thru the room all nite. We were unable to sit out and read, talk, or just enjoy the view due to these factors. We will not stay there again. The outside of the front of the property looks like a maintainance area. Never again. Way too pricy to have to come home to rest!!!!

Perfect spot!
Upon entering the parking lot there are plenty of signs showing where to check in. Staff was great and very helpful checking in with detailed Instructions for access to pool and beach, hours of pool opera, and office hours with a call number for after hours if needed. The view was amazing from our balcony. It is right above the pool and with a great view of the ocean! Condo was clean and was in good shape. We did use the washer and dryer but no other appliances. It was easy to get to and get around to restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing. Beach access was so easy and the beach is so close! We loved it and will definitely be back! Thanks SunSwept!

The unit was clean and comfortable and furnished with everything we needed. The half bath, which most 1 bedroom units don't have, essentially gave each of us our own bathroom. The complex itself was beautifully maintained and the Coastal Property personnel were very friendly and helpful. Other than the erratic weather which varied from stormy to clear blue skies and sunshine, it was altogether a perfect weekend!
