This 7th floor unit is nicely decorated, featuring a sofa sleeper and reclining chair in the living room. You are sure enjoy the large flat screen TV in the living room and the half bath is an added bonus. There is a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals. You will enjoy the amazing view from your gulf front balcony located off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Nice view from balcony. Condo was clean, had basic necessities. Convenient location to elevator. Great balcony view. Shower is different, turn to cold for hot water and hot for cold water.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sunswept. We stay there 3-4 times per year. This was the first time we have stayed in 705. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only 2 problems were the tv in the living room and the mattress. The TV had a line through it and did not receive local channels well. The king mattress in the bedroom was the absolute worst we have have ever slept on. It was so bad we could feel the springs. We will definitely be back to stay at Sunswept but probably another unit unless the mattress is replaced .

Beautiful Beach Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of the unit with the beautiful balcony view of the ocean. However, there were a few things that need to be addressed. There is a screen door on the balcony with no screen so we were not able to leave the door open to hear the ocean waves because there were large dragon fly type bugs flying around. I was dissapointed that the unit had only one roll of toilet paper for our entire stay. i understand if you have a longer term rental but would think that if you have someone staying for 5 days then providing toilet paper would be provided (just like a hotel). It would also be nice to provide a small salt and pepper and at least one day of coffee for guest arriving later in day or evening so that you don't have to make a trip to the grocery store right away. The shower lever in the bathroom was ridiculous...I had to call the emergency maintenance number to fiqure out what was going on with the shower. Also hot water and cold water are in reverse locations on the shower. The unit, especially the bathrooms did not feel like they had been thourougly cleaned. The bathtub was dirty and I had to clean before using. If I am being charge a cleaning fee to stay I don't expect to have to spend my vacation time cleaning. I don't think I could recommend this property/unit after my experience there.

Perfect for us two

Nice, clean, well maintained unit and pool area. Security was frequently present. Small unit yet very cozy and beautiful decor. Perfect for a couple or family of three. Short walk to the beach and to and from the pool and room. Conveniently located. We were very pleased with everything! Will definitely consider staying here again in the future!
