This COMPLETEY RENOVATED fifth floor oceanfront villa has left no details to spare with expansive views of the ocean and pool from the living room and master bedroom. This gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line cabinets, recycled glass counter cops, glass backsplash, brand new stainless steel appliances with a bar comfortably seating two that overlooks the dining and living room area. The dining room which seats four, is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The living room has a new queen sleeper sofa, armchair and swivel chair, 55 inch 4K flat screen smart TV (Netflix included), DVD stereo, and a sliding glass door that opens to a relaxing oceanfront balcony.

The master bedroom has king bed, flat screen TV, DVD and access to the same oceanfront balcony just off the living room. The private master bath has a custom shower/tub combo featuring grab bars and built-in niche.

Relax on the balcony at the table for two or Adirondack chairs overlooking the ocean.

Perfect Condo for Couple

We love this condo. It’s been our 4th year and it is perfect for us. The 5th floor unit provides for a beautiful ocean view over the trees. The orange sunrises are spectacular.

We enjoyed the week and particularly the condo we stayed in. Our one complaint was the unresponsiveness of the property management to address the excessive, almost scalding heat of the hot tub. It could not be enjoyed - this was the consensus of other vacationers as well.

We stayed at 509 Barrington on Palmetto Dunes in early July. Our friends stayed in another condo in the complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even during the pandemic we were able to spend a lot of time on the beach, riding bikes and other activities. The condo was beautiful and had terrific views. We easily rented bikes and beach chairs and umbrellas during our stay. We highly recommend Palmetto Dunes and Barrington as a place to stay. Island Getaway Rentals was super easy to work with as well and made our stay extra special.

My husband and I stayed in 509 Barrington Court, a newly remodeled unit. The decor was beautiful, and was supplied with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I wish had had a better view of the ocean, but I realize that's the norm for Hilton Head. The rental agency was great to work with. I would recommend this unit with no reservations.
