This three-bedroomed Villa is located in the very sunny Calheta area, and has an unlimited sea view. It is fully equipped and also has a barbecue area, splash pool and lots of terrace area where you can just relax and enjoy the view.

Two of the Bedrooms have double beds and one Bedroom has twin beds. There is one Bathroom for guests to use and the kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your own meals. There is also a washing machine should you wish to use it.

Cable Television and unlimited Wi-Fi access is available free of charge for all guests to use too.

The most impressive aspect of this Villa is the spectacular sea views which it has and the large exterior terrace areas where you can just sit, relax and soak up the Calheta sunshine!

The area is very peaceful and is perfect for those guests wishing to get away from it all, and just soak up the sun.

It is positioned on the sea line. That is, it is right on the ocean front. The location is quiet and near to the Calheta Beach area. We recommend hiring a car for this location.

Wunderschöne Lage. Top Kommunikation

Alles ok. Was echt für den verwöhnten Reisenden fehlt, ist eine Spülmaschine. Das Ferienhaus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt aber absolut.

Madeira holidays

Very nice house with small pool, large master bedroom and living room with view, sun deck to the south with bananas growing next door and phantastic view. Fully equipped kitchen. The last portion of the driveway to the house is very steep but doable. Overall definitely recommendable!

Perfekter Urlaubsort

Eine wunderschöne Villa, um Urlaub zu machen, zu entspannen und erholen. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein schöner Pool zum abkühlen. Ein richtig hübscher Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Grill. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Nur die Grillen und Katzen waren manchmal etwas nervig, aber dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts.

Accueil très chaleureux !

Accès à la maison difficile , par un étroit chemin très pentu... L'endroit se mérite !! Maison pratique, avec de l'espace, très joliment décorée mais certains équipements de cuisine datent un peu... notamment les poêles et la bouilloire. La vue sur mer est magnifique, reposante. Les divers petits espaces extérieurs présents mériteraient d'être mieux exploités. Un coin lecture à l'abri des bananiers, un coin yoga face à l'océan... Seul bémol, quand on n'est pas habitué, les lits tous "orthopédiques", et qui paraissent récents, mais qui ne sont pas très souples. Mais c'est un avis personnel et cela peut parfaitement convenir à dautres personnes ! Maison calme, quasi sans vis à vis, où on peut passer un très agréable séjour. Et c'est ce qui cest passé pour nous !

Ruhiges, gemütliches, älteres Haus

Die Lage ist toll und ruhig, die Zufahrt abteuerlich, sprich sehr steil und schmal, das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ringhörig, hübsch eingerichtet, aber nicht überall sauber. Eine Türe klemmte und wir haben sie mit einer Unterlagscheibe gerichtet. Die Matten im Aussenbereich sollten ersetzt werden. Positiv überrascht hat uns, dass im oberen Stock ein zusätzliches WC mit Waschgelegenheit eingebaut ist. Dort wären ein paar zusätzliche Aufhängeeinrichtungen von Vorteil. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen.

Great (isolated) vacation stay

The house was exactly as expected tho more isolated than anticipated. You must have a car if staying here. All activities are a drive on the mountain roads. The island is incredibly beautiful and the people extremely welcoming.

Gerne wieder

Wunderschön abseits gelegen und sehr leise, großes Anwesen, alles Notwendige im Haus, Kontakt mit Jorge und Enio völlig problemlos Entsprechend einer bereits bestenden Rezession würden wir den Zustand des Hauses insgesamt ebenso als etwas abgewohnt bezeichnen. Nichtsdestoweniger sehr schön und einen Aufenthalt für alle wert, die kein perfektes Haus erwarten

Situation géographique idéale

Parfait pour 6 personnes, idéal pour visites et baignades. La climatisation annoncée ne fonctionne pas. Literies et linges de maison propres. Dommage que de petites fourmis s’invitent trop souvent dans la maison. Séjour très agréable néanmoins!

Villa très agréable

Villa très confortable, au calme. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable. Seuls bémols : la piscine est destinée aux enfants et une ferme piscicole gâche légèrement la magnifique vue sur mer. NB : comme souvent à Madère, l'accès à la villa est très pentue. Prévoir une voiture suffisamment puissante.

Super séjour.

La location est vraiment incroyable, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La vue sur l’océan est impressionnant. L’île est super à découvrir entre les randonnées au cœur de l’île où bien les piscines naturelles, il y en a pour tout les goûts. Merci à Jorge qui nous a aidé de la meilleure des manières. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à Madère.

Morbide Charme mit Traumblick

Die Lage des Objektes ist traumhaft und der Ausblick aus jedem Fenster unglaublich schön! Himmlisch und aus dem Staunen kam ich jeden Tag kaum heraus. Das lässt auch über das ziemlich abgewohnte Mobiliar, die schmieg-schmutzige Dusche und das austretende Wasser in der Küche drüberwegsehen! Es gibt alles was man braucht, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. So wie bei Oma! Herzlich, aber alt! Der Pool ist eher ein Tauchbecken, aber mit diesem Ausblick....was soll's! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist gut und die Madeira übliche, spannende Anfahrt war kein Problem, weil zuvor gut erklärt. Die Zufahrt zum Objekt hat gut 30-35% Steigung. Madeira halt. Wegen des Ausblickes sofort wieder, aber das Haus ist zu abgewohnt zu diesem Preis! Trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit guter Erholung! Vielen Dank

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Man ist für sich, vor sich das Meer. Anfahrt zum Objekt kurios, man gewöhnt sich dran. Verwaltung vor Ort super nett.

Endroit et vue incroyables ! très reposant et permettant d'aller aux bons endroits de l'île assez facilement. Une plage à proximité (avec voiture quand même).. et un propriétaire aux petits soins toujours très prévenant et facilitant. Des vacances inoubliables. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

A villa with a view

Well positioned villa(but you definitely need a car if you are wanting to see more of the island). The drive down to the villa was a little steep to say the least but once we got used to it, it was less daunting . The villa was peaceful with beautiful views

Exakte Beschreibung des Hinwegs. Freundlicher Empfang mit einem vorbereiteten Frühstück!! Gärten (Palheiro!), Levadas und Küstenstädte sehenswert. Absolutes Highlight: Fahrt mit der Santa Maria, Hafen Funchal. Tipp: großer Supermarkt an der Küstenstraße von Calheta. Fischessen bei A Poita in Maddalena do mar. Alles in allem großartige 2 Wochen! What a view

Great comms and directions to the Villa and a wonderful welcome. Very rustic villa and a little smaller than we thought but it was great, it now has an addition of a second upstairs toilet. A car is a must. Would recommend the village and Lobato's Poncha Bar and the pizzeria. A few road closures whilst there so be patient incl to Calheta but park the Villa side near the hotel and cut through near the marina for a great beach and supermarket! Walk to other end for another nice beach and a bar. Very steep drive to villa but you get used to it and the local cats who sneak in if you don't keep an eye on them. Would visit Joes Bar in Jardim da Mar as well as the fish restaurant in Magdala da Mar. If you go to Funchal fish dishes at O'Jango in the Old Town is great and if you get Virgilio serving you will be looked after! A great experience all round with wonderful views across the ocean.

Schönes ruhiges Haus zur perfekten Erholung

Das Haus ist oberhalb des Meeres gelegen und herrlich ruhig. Einzig und allein hört man abends Grillen zirpen und die Wellen rauschen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zur Erholung und Entspannung. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Genießer unterwegs

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche auf Madeira, genossen das meist sonnige Wetter (2. Oktoberwoche - bis 24 Grad), die abwechslungsreichen Wandertouren über die grüne / blühende Insel und natürlich das leckere Essen. Die Villa war für uns alle 6 mit ihren vielen Annehmlichkeiten ein perfekter Ort. Der Pool ist größer als auf dem Foto zu erahnen, was unsere Jüngsten (8 und 12 Jahre alt) sehr freute. Wir saßen abends lange draußen und entspannten uns beim Anblick des Meeres. Die Villa mit ihrem Obstgarten ist absolut empfehlenswert, nur die steile Zufahrt ist nichts für ängstliche Autofahrer.

Wunderschönes Haus, gut ausgestattet, mit traumhafter Aussicht. Super netter Vermieter, der bei Problemen oder auch sonst mit Tipps unkompliziert zur Seite steht. Leicht gewöhnungsbedürftige (steil) Zufahrt zum Grundstück. Gute Lage auf der sonnigen Südseite der Insel.
