This nicely designed house with the master on one side and the 2 guest rooms and bath on the other. An open office off the entry complete with all the comforts of home. Large backyard with a gorgeous pool and jacuzzi desert/golf/mountain view fencing, patio dining area, gas grill and a cozy gas fire pit is the best part of this property! The kitchen has granite counters, and is fully stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances and modern conveniences for all your cooking & dining needs. The furnishings are all high end with reclining options and good quality leather etc. Wireless internet and 3 TVs (Directv and fast Century Link internet provided)

Why they chose this property
This property is perfect for people who love to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The pool and backyard is super clean and well furnished. Great place to unwind. The area has many hiking/biking/walking trails. There are lakes in the community that are fun to walk around as well. Close to Phoenix area and many golf courses that offer excellent during the summer.
What makes this property unique
Completely equipped kitchen to make scrumptious meals and dine outside at sunset! Golf is minutes away and viewed from the back yard. You can ride bikes all around the community and hiking is super close too!
