The magnificent expanse of the Atlantic is your vista from the kitchen, dining room, living area, and master bedroom. Moreover, it is a ground floor unit. Instant access to all the outdoor activities that await you including miles of quiet, non-crowded beaches for strolling, swimming, paragliding, fishing, etc. Literally just steps away.

Beach colors of blue, green, and sand dominate. Quality furnishings, luxurious linens, and modern conveniences appear throughout. The kitchen, family area, and dining room all open up to a covered patio with your very own view of the beach.

For your times of relaxation, the cozy family room will draw you in. The comfortable sofa and chairs surround the extra-large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The inside dining table invites you to gather for an evening of food, drink, and companionship.

When it comes to meal time, the kitchen offers every convenience. There is a sub zero refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the appliances of home are available -- a coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

The spacious master bedroom is privately located at the rear of the unit. It boasts a Queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and large closet. The master bath has a huge walk-in, tiled shower, and double sinks.

The guest bedroom has two full beds with a flat screen television and large closet.

For laundry chores, there is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron available for use.

Don't forget about downtown Fernandina Beach for your dining and shopping pleasures!

***For an additional fee, you can have access to the Golf Club of Amelia Island amenities which include private & gated oceanfront pool, bar & grill, lighted tennis courts, cardio room & access to the award winning 18 hole golf course. Guest rates in-season (April-August) is $125 per week and off-season (September-March) is $50 per week. Please contact owner if interested.

On the beach!

Beautiful condo close to the boardwalk access to the beach! The outdoor furniture was comfortable so made it an additional living space. For those traveling with babies or toddlers there is a pack-n-play available. Great communication with the property manager as well.

Hurricane Debby

Hurricane Debby came through while we were there. Lights and A/C blinked several times, we were not sure of its reliability so we relocated to a hotel for a night. Owner seemed to think we were overreacting to the H1 calling our observations “surprising”. My husband’s flight to come in was cancelled, but insisted we relocate. Glad we made the choice we did. The view of the beach from the back porch is greatly obstructed by an enormous bush - a real scene spoiler. The actual beach at Amelia is hard to beat however. We met lots of friendly people as we always do when we go.

Perfect beach vacation

Love Love Love this condo. It was perfect for my three adult sons and our dog. The owner always responded to any messages that I sent. Great condo, very clean and just as nice as the photos that are posted. I’d definitely stay here again.

Birthday/retirement trip

Brought my mom for a long weekend to celebrate her birthday and also retirement. It was our first time to Amelia island and we will be back for sure! The place was exactly as described, great location, quick walk to the beach! Super clean and had all the necessities. Our flight home was delayed and we were able to extend the trip, Tamila was very responsive and a great host!

Beautiful long weekend getaway

This property made for a beautiful long weekend getaway for a group of women. Very easy to locate, well appointed property, and beautifully decorated. Convenient first floor walk-out access to the boardwalk down to the beach. We loved watching an afternoon storm roll in from the covered back patio. Would recommend for a relaxing, beach focused getaway!

Nice Condo Some refrigeration issues ( refrigerator doors were completely closed). Noticed that the condo grounds are not as lush as in the past. The grass very sparse in spots as if not being watered.

Best Family Spring Break Vacation

This was exactly what we were looking for in a family beach vacation. The property was the perfect size for us, family of 4, 2 kids 5 and 8. The property was in a great location. We liked that it was not crowded, easy access to beach (great beach, soft sand, plenty of room) and also had a grassy area that kids could play in. Was very family friendly, lots of other families similar to ours we also staying at the property. Short drive to downtown, about 15 minutes. The owners were very responsive and helpful. They even had a nice book of their favorite things to do on the island. I honestly have nothing negative to say. Highly recommend and we are already thinking of coming back.

Oceanfront Beauty

Perfect location, private beach, beautiful pool, great essentials and setup of place and super comfy conditions. Location was great for getting to everything on the island, beautiful trails to walk right outside of complex, and the host was wonderful. Definitely will book again this place was great!

The owners Patrick and Tamila reside in Alpharetta (a suburb of Atlanta) Georgia. Patrick is a full time Engineer while Tamila practices nursing for a local children's hospital. Patrick's grandparents spent their honeymoon on Amelia Island which laid the foundation to yearly family vacations on Amelia Island. This home fulfilled a dream to continue these family vacations where the beaches and community are so endearing.
