Chalet Le Goûter

We are not a company, the rental is family oriented.
The goal is also to offer certain people or families to be able to enjoy a quiet place
and sunny. (visit the official Les Houches website).

In summer, you can enjoy tranquility, enjoy walks in the forest or in the mountains,
access on foot from the chalet to the most prestigious peaks (Mont Blanc, Aiguille du Goûter,
refuge de tête Rousse), visit the places close to the chalet,
playing sports (swimming, golf, cycling, tennis, climbing etc.).

In winter, take advantage of the magnificent family ski resort of Les Houches
and its splendid ski area.

Information about the chalet:

The chalet has a capacity of 4 to 6 people, 4 adults + 2 children advised.

The space around the chalet reaches approximately 400 m2.

The chalet has 2 bedrooms:
• one with double beds 140 cm.
• one with two bunk beds (upper bed prohibited for children under 6)

2 maximum parking spaces, against the chalet
at the bottom of the stairs.

Great cabin and fabulous hosts

I booked the cabin months before our trip and Yves was always very easy to communicate with. Even having to make changes to our booking, he was very understanding and helpful. The location, even though not in Chamonix itself, was terrific. Only 10mins away from the hustle and bustle of Chamonix by car, or great bus service (with a ski pass). The cabin itself is cosy, but enough room for two adults and a 12 and 15 year old. The kitchen is equipped with everything required. Laundry facilities were also great to have for an extended stay. The downstairs area was great for kids with table tennis set, and the extra (heated) room for skis and ski gear was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Christmas

We had a lovely stay for a week over Christmas 2022. Yves and Christianne were very welcoming on arrival. The chalet had all we needed - it was very cosy and warm, well located. We were three adults which was the max (size wise) I think it can accommodate comfortably. Everything is there and the table tennis table was fabulous. Les Houches was very nice and Chamonix easily accessible by car. The local supermarket was very well stocked and there were a number of walkable local restaurants although many were closed over Christmas. We had a really lovely time. Thank you.

Tres bon sejour aux Houches

Belle surprise que ce petit chalet tout cosy avec une très belle vue, très bien decoré, tout confort, petite bouteille de bienvenue. Telecabine du Prarion à quelques minutes en voiture (vehicule necessaire, le centre des Houches est trop loin à pied). Personnellement j'ai apprécié le fond de maison avec les produits de base pour demarrer (papier toilette, pastilles lave vaisselle, huile/vinaigre, eponges etc) cela n'est pas si commun! manquait juste la neige... une prochaine fois peut etre!!

Séjour magnifique

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet endroit. Tout était parfait, avec beaucoup d’attention portée aux détails. La maison dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, y compris toutes les instructions pour l’intérieur et l’extérieur. C’est un lieu magnifique, construit avec des matériaux naturels, et bien que ce ne soit pas très grand, l’espace est parfaitement agencé et optimisé. Nous y avons séjourné avec deux jeunes enfants, et cela a très bien fonctionné.Yves et Christiane sont amicaux, réactifs et accommodants, ce qui a rendu la communication fluide et la logistique facile. Nous recommandons ce séjour sans hésitation !

Chalet typique et idéalement situé !

Que dire de plus suite à tous les commentaires élogieux précédents ? Nous avons pu vérifier leur bien fondé et apprécier l'excellent accueil d'Yves et Christiane dans leur magnifique petit chalet où rien ne manque pour passer un séjour d'exception ! La localisation est en plus idéale pour se rendre au téléphérique du Prarion et à la piste de ski des piou piou à pied (5-7min) ou partir se ballader. On reviendra avec plaisir !

Une vraie et belle parenthèse

Une vraie parenthèse que ces deux semaines passées au Chalet du goûter ;) les yeux rivés sur la chaîne du Mont Blanc. Yves et Christiane sont très accueillants et nous n'avons manqué de rien. De tellement belles balades et randonnées à faire.. de très bons sandwichs à côté du prarion. Le train est gratuit des Houches et permet d'aller à Chamonix sans s'encombrer à trouver une place. Soit en voiture aux Houches soit à pied au viaduc sainte marie. Merci et chanceux seront les prochains vacanciers 😊🗻☀️

Beautiful Chalet and Hosts

Everything was better than expected, la tranquillité de la vue sur les montagnes était merveilleuse. Yves and Christiane are very helpful, we find them to be warm, lovely people. They were nearby but we never heard or saw them unless needed. I can still hear Yves laughter though, it was so warm and infectious. You can tell they both care very much about you and the the experience you want to have. Les Houches is a relative family area with mainly private homes, this makes it quiet (great) and with Megève and Chamonix on the doorstep the location is versatile when it comes to constantly inspecting snow forecasts to determine the next Ski resort to visit. Merveilleux chalet, vue Mont Blanc

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce chalet, idéal pour 4, très cosy et parfaitement équipé. Il situé face au Mont Blanc et bien ensoleillé. Un chemin enneigé mène aux télécabines du Prarion et le domaine skiable des Houches est très agréable en famille. Nous avons donc passé un excellent séjour et les propriétaires se sont montrés vraiment très attentionnés et adorables. Ils ont fait de ce chalet un petit paradis où on se sent comme à l'hôtel (bouteille à l'arrivée, vanity set, nécessaire pour le repas etc..). On y reviendra avec plaisir et merci encore à eux pour leur accueil !

Magnifique endroit, excellent accueil des hôtes

Adresse à retenir sans hésitation ! Les propriétaires sont accueillants, une bouteille de crement de Bourgogne offerte à l'arrivée. Chalet propre, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, un vrai cocon pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants ! Sauna et espace jeux et vestiaire ski appréciable au sous sol après une journée au grand air !

gezellig huisje bij klein skigebied

Erg gezellig huisje, mooie ligging nabij skigebied. Skilift is ca 500m Huisje is voorzien van alles wat nodig is voor een fijn verblijf. houtkachel binnen en vuurkorf buiten maken het extra gezellig in de winter. Beneden is een ruimte met sauna en tafeltennis. Dit heeftt een aparte ingang.

Excellent accommodation pour découvrir le massive de Mont Blanc

Chalet typique, bien équipé, et la vue du jardin est époustouflante! Les hôtes étaient très sympa et nous ont donné des excellents conseils pour des activités et des randonnées dans la vallée. De plus, le chalet est situé à 10 mins à pied du gare SNCF (pratique pour éviter de prendre la voiture), 5 mins à pied d’une boulangerie et montée mécanique, et 10 mins à pied du très bon restaurant les Tables de la Grange.

Très joli chalet en bois

Très belle prestation et bien equipe ( équipement cuisine....) Propriétaires charmants. Le sol sol est propre et chauffe et très bien équipé pour passer un bon moment. Genial egalement pour faire sécher les affaires de ski. L accès se fait par l extérieur mais ne nous a pas gėnė. Nous avons mangé tous les midi dehors en ce mois de février avec vue sur le mont blanc. Bien envie d y retourner.

Joli chalet

Bel endroit pour passer les vacances. Proche d'un lac où l'on peut pêcher et se relaxer mais aussi proche des remontées et de toutes les rando possibles! Le chalet est fonctionnel et les propriétaires très sympathiques

Beautiful little chalet

Just come back from a great week skiing in les Houches. 5 of us stayed in this beautiful chalet and it was perfect. Very clean and perfect location for ski lift.

Super séjour !

Super chalet ! Tres agréable séjour. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour dans ce chalet et l' ambiance bois, coucouning est au rendez vous ! Nous avons passé un noel tout blanc grace à la neige et dans une ambiance parfaite. Les proprietaires sont super. Vraiment tres agréable et flexible.

Très belle location

Petit chalet très bien équipé. Le sous-sol avec ping-pong, équipements sportifs et sauna est un vrai plus ! Et l'accueil du propriétaire était parfait (merci encore pour le champagne !)

Très bel emplacement, soleil, neige, proximité à pieds des pistes

Très bon séjour, chalet très cosy, vue imprenable sur le massif du mont-blanc, à proximité de Chamonix et de toutes commodités. Salle de Fitness, détente, sauna, très appréciable après une journée de skis. Nous remercions sincèrement les propriétaires pour cet endroit sublime et pour leurs gentille attention lors de notre séjour.
