Après avoir été à l’agence, elle nous ont dit qu’elle n’avait pas les clés que c’était les femmes de ménage qui devait les avoir. Nous nous sommes rendus sur place. Personne n’était là. Le ménage n’était pas fait. J’ai fait le tour de la maison le devant c’était correct, le derrière c’était une déchetterie d’ailleurs, j’en ai fait part par e-mail et à ce jour j’attends une réponse je vais juin des photos, une vidéo qui corrobore mes dires
Maison super sympa pour une famille de 11 personnes. Quelques rénovations à prévoir mais sans importance.
Agence très réactive en cas de problème.
Et le clou.... Une vue splendide.

Das Haus war in einem fast maroden Zustand. Wir haben uns noch nie so unwohl gefühlt. Am nächsten Tag hat die Agentur uns super geholfen und Verständnis gehabt. Wir konnten noch am gleichen Tag ein anderes, wunderbares Haus beziehen. Platja de Pals und die gesamte Region sind wunderbar.
La vue de la maison est magnifique sur la mer à 180°. La maison est bien équipée assez originale (construite sur plusieurs niveaux par contre bcp d’escalier) même si elle mériterait d'être rafraichie. Le professionnel qui gère la maison est très réactif ( pb piscine réparation dans les 2h). Un séjour agréable en famille.
What a great week we had with the family! The house is very spacious for 10 , with everything you need. The 2 spacious terrasses allow to avoid full sun in the morning for the breakfast. A nice 15 min walk (going back up is good exercise!) brings you to a beautiful small beach. But mostly....what a Beautiful view! Breathtaking!

La ubicación, lo mejor
El primer día, la cafetera estaba rota, la manguera de la piscina también rota, las luces exteriores no funcionaban, había telarañas en los escalones de la escalera interior de la casa. Imposible dejar comida en ningún lugar, tanto de la cocina como en el resto de la vivienda, las hormigas aparecían por todas partes. Grifos que no abrían, mínima presión en la salida del agua de los grifos de las baños donde lavarse las manos. Los electrodomésticos, lavavajillas, nevera, vetustos y, no dejaban las cosas, ni los platos limpios ni la
comida y bebida fria, limpieza pésima, la calidad de retransmisión de la televisión insufrible, se cortaba constantemente. Las puertas y ventanas, las persianas deberían cambiarse, deben tener más de 40 años, y ninguna funciona adecuadamente, y al cerrar las persianas hacian un ruido que nadie podía seguir durmiendo, si se levantaban temprano. Lo único realmente notable era el lugar, con bellas vistas al mar.
La casa es comoda y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena semana de vacaciones. Se puede ir andando a la playa aunque el camino no es cómodo (por carretera sin acera)
