Brand new apartment, bright, decorated with love (all new, Ikea and Zara Home), with large terrace of 18 meters, facing the San Juan Beach (7 minutes walk). It consists of spacious living room with kitchenette, dining table, sofa bed (double bed: 1m40 cm), large flat screen TV, a bedroom with two beds of 90 cm and a modern bathroom with shower. It has all kinds of new appliances: washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, blender, hair dryer) It has a parking space in the basement. The house has a swimming pool for adults and a small pool for children, playground and communal garden area.
