Well appointed, clean, comfortable
We recently spend 10 days in this condo which does not lack for anything. Tons of towels, linen and the kitchen was equipped to prepare gourmet meals. Steps to the pool and Jacuzzi. Blooming orange and grapefruit trees within reach for fresh juice. Full service market right across the street. Our dog was welcome and had a terrific time visiting all the great restaurants in PS. The owners are attentive and live within walking distance.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. John was very responsive when it was needed. It was a little musty as there may not have been anyone there right before me and quite dark, although that is a benefit in the summer heat. Equipped with the necessary basics. I would recommend the property, especially for the price.
We spent the month of March at John’s condo. It was furnished nicely and well stocked with the necessities. He took care of a couple small issues quickly and with a smile. The pools were clean, warm and never crowded.
Great location close to downtown. Nice condo with seperate bedroom and bathroom for guests. Condo has everything you need. Nice beds and quite bedrooms. Pools and hot tub are great. All the neighbors are very friendly.
Mountain views and blue skies everywhere you looks little slice of heaven
The Condo is beautiful. Tastefully decorated, immaculately cleaned, stocked with everything you might need during your stay. Each day we would wake up and go outside to have coffee on the little patio with chairs and a table in front of our condo. It was lovely to feel the sun on our faces so early in the day and so late in the year. Every where you looked you could see one of the beautiful mountains that surround Palm Springs and the amazing blue sky above. John, the condo owner, was a delight to work with. He was always just a phone call away in case something happened and we needed to get in touch with him. There were many personal items in the condo, on the walls and the high shelves that made the place look even more stylish and it was apparent that the owners put a lot of thought and care in how they decorated the place. The artwork was all original and well placed. We were staying at the condo while we were waiting for our new house to be ready. We love this community and condo so much that when we needed to leave due to a new booking, we found another condo in the Broadmoor complex for a month so that we didn't have to leave just yet. Hopefully our house will be finished before our month here is over.

Quiet and relaxing
Unit was tastefully decorated and over the top well stocked with everything you might need. Things you wanted to bring along and forgot, well never mind, it is there. Welcome gifts from the owner, were thoughtful and much more than expected. Location was central to everything in the Palm Springs area and easy access to anywhere in the valley. Visitors just need to keep in mind this is a residential community and therefor resort amenities are not on site. Pools and hot tubs were nice, well maintained and the correct temperatures. Close to the airport, Taquitz Creek Golf, Indian Canyon Golf, many well marked hikes, water park, Demuth park (a huge park with tennis, pickleball and everything else one could think of) and Palm Canyon Drive for food activities and of course the Thursday street fair, (not to be missed). Vons Supermarket right accross the street(Hwy 111). One month was not enough!!

Great location and great landlords!
We loved this "home away from home"! The unit included every amenity possible, and we were within walking distance to many shopping outlets. Even my hairdresser and dog groomer were within a 5 minute walk. The landlords were very attentive and took care of any little need of ours! Plus our 'home' golf course was within a 3 minute drive! We've always loved Palm Springs, but even love it more now!

About the host
Hosted by John Ross
John grew up in Riverside and has lived in Palm Springs for over 20 years. Sugam has lived in Southern California for over 15 years and in Palm Springs for 4 years. He is originally from Nepal. We enjoy traveling and entertaining friends.
Why they chose this property
We bought this property with the idea of renting it out on a 30 day minimum basis. Having managed a building with 11 tenants, we decided to downsize our investment in time and hassles and just have two condos. The other condo is rented to a long-time tenant and friend on a monthly basis.
What makes this property unique
We both liked the unit immediately, with the spaciousness and views from the living/master bedroom and the potential to turn it into a really nice rental unit. It is convenient to just about everything, much within walking distance. A bike trail (among many in the valley) is on the other side of the condominium property (along Highway 111). The local bus service stops very close to the property on Hwy. 111. Access to the freeway (I-10) is easy because Gene Autry Trail is Hwy. 111 and that goes right by the condominium property on the west. Tennis is available at our other property, and we can arrange to get you in to use the courts on prior notice. Golf is right next door at the Tahquitz Golf course. There are two pools on the property, one just outside the living room and the other several steps from the master bedroom.
