This gorgeous 3 story Tuscan style home has all the charm & grace of the Mediterranean.
You will think you have arrived in the middle of Tuscany!!!!!
Located on Scenic 98 across the st from Miramar Beach in the luxurious St Tropez Community Destin, Fl.
This elegantly furnished home has the living area located on the main level features a large flat screen tv with surround sound system and DVD. Also on main level is a sleeper sofa and Custom Chef Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances (Sub Zero, Bosch,Dacor) with beautiful granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms. Relax on
our lanai in a beautiful tropical setting with swaying palm trees and enjoy your favorite drink and meal cooked on our commercial gas grill.
This is a family oriented community with a minimum age rental of
25 years old. (This is not a party vacation spot)During the spring we have a VERY STRICT AGE policy that requires everyone in your group to be 25 or older if not there must be 1 parent for every 3 persons under age 25 in your group.
Master bedroom with Plasma T.V.,& DVD is located on 2nd level with
master bathroom/jetted tub.(Kohler) Also on 2nd and 3rd level are 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 King bedroom with Plasma T.V.s & DVD Each level has a large covered balcony with sitting area and partial view of pool. You're just a short stroll from the unique courtyard with stunning lagoon pool,large hot tub(summer only)and waterfalls.

Amenities included with your stay include:
- One complimentary round of golf at Regatta Bay per day.

Great week !

Great communication before during and at checkout. The house was very clean and comfortable. Had everything needed even a garage full of beach chairs, inflatables, sand toys, bikes, water boards all of which the grandkids used. Close to everything. Beach, Food, shopping, etc. Definitely would recommend

Summer Family Vacation

Overall everything was perfect. You need to make sure you bring soap and paper goods. The beach access was perfect, right across from the entrance to the subdivision. The only thing is they would not let you use your own chairs. You had to rent them from the beach chair rental on site. We had TVs in every room so at night when unwinding everyone could go to their rooms and relax. I would definitely recommend and will probably be renting again.

Disappointed

Code to key lock box did not work, had to wait (1 hour) on technician to come and open box. Such a inconvenience. Roaches in kitchen drawers, jets did not work master bedroom tub. Owner need to supply a second propane tank for guest. Why should the guest buy a propane tank and leave it at the rental property. that's extra money. Dishwasher spelled like mold.

The home was very nice as well as the pool. We had several palmetto roaches that were disgusting. we had 4 grandchildren ages 10 months to 2 years. We were very worried about them with the palmetto situation. This is the second time we stayed in this neighborhood Had the same issue last year in a different home. We didn't rest very well given the bug problem.

Little Tuscany

Our overall stay was great! Easy access to the beach. The chef kitchen was beautiful. We enjoyed cooking a lot! The house itself was superb!! Gorgeous Tuscany Villa. The lock system needs updated. We struggled with the sliding glass doors. But overall we loved it and will definitely stay again.

Family Vacay

We enjoyed our stay. Home is large and had plenty of space for our family of 7 adults. Beach was not a bad walk and we enjoyed the pool area daily.

A great stay but: Lamps were missing bulbs, several lights out, bathroom sink on 2nd floor (Queen BR) was slow draining- basically stopped up. Upon arriving, floors could have been swept or vacuumed better. All minor things- we will stay there again. Loved location and close to everything!

Perfect fit

This beautiful home was perfect for our vacation with our kids. We loved how easy and so close the beach access was, and the fact the house is slightly on the end of the street in the gated community. We were able to use that area to play baseball with the kids. We will definitely be back!

Great place close to beach

This was a great spot for our family we loved the house and walking distance to beach but the master bedroom hot tub would have been nice after a day in the sun it didn't work but the kitchen is well stocked and ready

Decent, but could use some upgrades/work

Beautiful neighborhood and architecture, but the interior of this home was pretty disappointing. It didn't seem as though the home's interior had been cleaned very thoroughly, as there was plenty of dust, dirt, and sand around all areas of the house. It was so dusty that both our children had sniffling noses during our time here. Additionally, we found a huge pile of sand under the living room rug. We had to request for a broom to be brought to the house to clean that up. Not to mention, the bathroom appliances, though very aesthetically pleasing, didn't work correctly. The third floor sinks and tubs were constantly stuck even after we had a maintenance person come by to look at it. All in all, good location near the beach and restaurants, but the inside could use some cleaning and even upgrades.

Great Location

Great location. Grocery store is 1/4 mile away. Private beach access is across the street. Get out there around 6:30 in the morning to set up canopy on the front row of the beach. Surf hut has an outside bar so you order food and drinks amd walk it back to the beach

Un poco alto el precio por que la estufa no estaba funcionando bien los ventiladores estaban sucios los baños estaban sucios en las puertas del shower y uno de los lavamanos estaba tapado. Pero la casa está espectacular muy bonito lugar nos encanto. Muchas gracias.
