Beautiful apartment near the sea

Very nice colonial style apartment in an elegant urbanization in the town of Marbella and 50 meters from the beach.
It is a very quiet area and at the same time close to all the options you can ask for an unforgettable vacation 5 minutes from the center of Marbella.
It consists of a dining room and the TV has channels in different languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, ...).
It has 2 rooms, one of them has a double bed of 150x200 with TV and the other one has two beds of 90x200, two bathrooms, living room, independent kitchen and terrace.
It has a good view of the pool and gardens from the master bedroom and from the terrace.
The apartment is newly furnished (new furniture and mattresses) and fully equipped with wifi, air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, ... everything you need for a stay comfortable.
It also has an elevator, doorman, 24 hour security guard, swimming pool, garage, playground, paddle tennis courts.

The property is in an amazing position just a few minutes walk from the beach and beach restaurants as well as close to Marbella central . The pool is excellent and the flat its self although could do with a little updating was absolutely perfect . I would have no hesitation to book this again .

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung in gepflegter Anlage, sehr ruhig gelegen. Gute und vielfache Gastronomie am nahen Strand. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Supermärkte für Einkäufe zu Fuß recht weit, Empfehlung PKW. Deutsches Fernsehen ist mit den TV-Geräten nicht zu sehen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Anlage war auffällig gepflegt und sauber. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter "Antonio" lief super. Strand und Meer mit Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke die Straße runter. Das einzige, was für uns nicht ganz optimal war, ist, dass der Einkaufsladen zu Fuß gut 1,5 km weit weg war. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zu frieden!

Traumhafte Anlage
Die Anlage und der Pool sind ein Traum. Alles Top gepflegt. Der Concierge und der Eigentümer sind super nett. Auf dem Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Pool. Man sollte ein Auto haben. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 15 - 20 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Das selbe gilt für dein Supermarkt. Fußläufig sind nur die Strandrestaurants schnell zu erreichen.

Perfektes Apartment direkt am Meer
Ruhiges, sonniges Apartment mit Blick aufs Wasser. Sonnige Terrasse, wo je nach Tageszeit immer auch ein schattiges Plätzchen ist. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Parkplatz in der bewachten Anlage. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Geweldig verblijf!
Mooi appartement, op perfecte ligging, als je met de auto bent! 50m van het strand. Auto is wel aan te raden! Zwembad was perfecte temperatuur en het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden! Ik zeg het niet vaak maar zou zeker terug komen 👌

Antonio’s property was exactly as described, just fantastic! Excellent amenities, all necessary equipment in the kitchen and more: 3 types of coffee machine!! Spotless on arrival, great welcome by the concierge(also named Antonio) who was very helpful. And the owner Antonio was very kind , asking if everything was ok a few times all along my 2 months vacation. Beautiful landscaping very well maintained, combined with exceptional apartment made this a wonderful vacation! Muchas gracias Antonio, and Antonio!

Very nice 2 bedroom with 2 full baths. Quiet location with an easy walk to the beach and 2 beach restaurants. Antonio was great with communication. Would stay here again.

Eine sehr gepflegte, saubere Wohnung in einer sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Anlage . Die Wohnung ist wirklich komplett einschließlich aller Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Das Meer liegt vor der Haustür, die schönen Restaurants auch. Man sollte unbedingt ein Auto haben, da es eine reine Wohnsiedlung ist. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind dann in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, auch Marbella mit der schönen Altstadt. Der Vermieter Antonio ist ein äußerst Liebenswürdiger Gastgeber, der über Whatsapp in Kontakt bleibt und sehr aufmerksam ist. Gerne wieder!

Stunning apartment in a perfect location. Few minutes walk to the beach, which has several lovely bars/restaurants that also have sunbeds for hire during the day & use of their facilities. Food & service were lovely. The apartment overlooks the pool & partial view of the sea. Great size apartment, very clean, in a modern Spanish style & all the amenities required for a family holiday. Bathrooms & bedrooms were spacious & the access to the balcony from the main bedroom was a bonus we very much enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again. Superb!

All that I hoped for
This property ticks all the boxes. Well presented, clean, smart and with benefits such as free wifi including access Netflix and other apps via TV. The setting is great, located in a secured complex with communal pool and 300 yards from the sandy beach and great beach bars. A short drive or 15-minute walk takes you to local shops and a couple of restaurants, tennis club. You can jump on a bus into Marbella (about 10 minutes ride) for just over one Euro. Highly Recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 4 notti con due bambini nei primi giorni di luglio. Abbiamo trovato l'abitazione molto pulita, ottimamente equipaggiata con tutto quello che vi può servire per un ottimo soggiorno, molto ben curato il contesto, soprattutto la piscina molto ben tenuta. Una considerazione sul contesto dove è ubicata la casa, nelle vicinanze ci sono un paio di ristoranti, se volete muovervi e cercare qualcosa di diverso dovete obbligatoriamente spostarsi con l'auto utilizzando l'autostrada (gratuita).
