Sofia's Villa in Nikiti
Our family welcomes you to Nikiti! We've got a beautiful house with separate garden and private parking, big enough for 3 cars. The house is about 300m (2' walking) from the port and the sandy beach of Nikiti, restaurants, cafe's etc, but at the same time it is in a quiet neighborhood.
We've got an amazing maisonette, 120 sqm, with unique view and western orientation, located just a stone's throw from a majestic beach. The house is split in three levels, consisted of a living room connected with kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a parking spot, security door, large verandas, wifi and a kiosk. The house can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a renovated bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double-beds and a bathroom. In the attic there are 3 single beds. There are also one extra folding bed and a baby bed if needed. All rooms have got a/c.
The house is also equipped with barbeque, washing machine and dish-washer, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. There are fresh linens and towels provided every 3-4 days.
The house was renovated in 2020 with walls isolation, new a/c, new porch floor, new bathroom and repainted.
