Lovely Garden Apartment with bay views and easy access to South Lakeland

Looking for a romantic getaway or thinking of exploring South Lake District, or maybe getting ready for a day out at Cartmel Races? Our Garden Apartment will provide you with a great base and a lovely place to relax. With green garden and views over the bay you can enjoy your time off.
The apartment provides self-catering and is perfectly suited for a couple, but it will also accommodate parents with a small child. The apartment looks out onto the front garden with partial but fabulous views of the bay. Guests of the garden apartment have use of the front garden/patio.

The apartment has a contemporary feel. Cozy bedroom with views on the garden. There are two comfortable chairs next to the windows to relax with a book in and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen/living space is well equiped has a TV and sofa-bed. The window overlooks the garden and the Bay.
The apartment is set in stunning Grange-over-Sands and located about a 5minutes walk to central Grange and a 15 minute walk to the station.

Guest access
Please note that disabled access isn't possible as there are steps down to the apartment. Small children are welcome (upon agreement), but please note that the garden has no fence to the front, there is steep drop to the pavement and hence the garden area is not suitable for children. Therefore, any children outside the apartment need to be supervised at all times.

Guest interaction
We always try to be there for your arrival. However, in the rare occasions we can not be there to meet you we will make arrangements for leaving the key. We are living just next door should you require any help or have any questions. We are always happy to assist, but we would prefer to give you space, so that you can enjoy and relax during your visit.

Neighborhood overview
The Garden Apartment is located on residential street. It is quiet, green and friendly location. The apartment is a 5min walk down to the central town area and shops. There are plenty of dog walkers around and people walking up to the woods and Hampsfell. The woods are entered at the top of the road, and Hampsfell Hill is around a 30minute walk to the top from the apartment.

Other things to note
Dogs are welcome as long as they are well behaved! Please always let us know if you want to bring your furry friend, as we are likely to ask more questions and reserve a right to decline the booking if we can't accommodate your pet. We love dogs, but we don't love them leaving hair allover! :) You will need to provide him/her a dog bed as they won't be allowed on any furniture and near the bed and sofa. You will always have to take him/her with you if you are leaving the apartment.

Cosy, well-equipped apartment
The apartment was really clean, well-equipped and had a lovely, cosy feel to it. Living space compact but easily enough for 2 adults and a dog. Bedroom was very spacious, with beautiful, velvet chairs by the bay windows. Bathroom had a lovely “rain” shower in a large shower enclosure, toiletries provided. Location was a good base to explore the southern Lakes. We thought that Grange-over-Sands had a beach, but it is a bay ( with warnings about quicksand!) But extensive promenade is great for a walk. We would recommend The Coffee Pot Cafe - the curries on the Philipino menu were delicious. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Cute little garden apartment on a peaceful street over looking morcombe bay , 5 minute drive from cartmel with nice pubs and 30 mins drive from Fun and busy Windermere . We had an amazing stay with Agneskia the apartment was clean , tidy and modern :) Agneskia was very helpful and friendly (the perfect host) We will 100% be booking back up again and our dog marlo settled right in 10/10

We can highly recommend this apartment. It is very clean, tidy and very well equipped. An excellent base to explore the Lake District. The owners are very friendly without being intrusive. The appartment is decorated to a high standard, with a comfortable bed, wonderfull albeit cosy high spec bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Plus the added bonus of lovely views. A great place for a well deserved relaxing holiday in the Lake District.

Nice apartment with great views
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On arrival we received a warm welcome from the owners Chris & Agnieszka. This is a lovely apartment with from great views looking out over the Morecambe bay estuary.. The apartment is ideal for a couple, bedroom is spacious and with a bay window facing out to the front of the property. Street parking was also adequate, always spaces available. An ideal location for exploring South lakes, and locally around Grange over Sands, we shall definitely be returning!

Perfect stay
Chris and Agnieszka were absolutely fantastic hosts who made us feel really special. We were very kindly collected from the train station when we arrived and were taken there on our last day (cannot promise this would be the case for all guests!). The hosts were there to contact if we needed them and had some great advice about the local area, but we were given our own space. The apartment was in a great location, fantastic views, and it was equipped with everything we needed for our two night stay. Thank you again, we will definitely be back! Amanda and Alex

Grange over Sands is beautiful little Edwardian town with lovely long promenade and great views across Morecambe Bay. With friendly locals and greenery all around it is perfect place to have a relaxing break. There is an easy access to main attractions of South Lake District and an excellent choice of country pubs.
