Our family house is located in the suburb of Reykjavik Breidholt.
The house is a duplex, The house has 3 floors and our apartment is in two floors.
-On the ground floor: Entrance and washing room.
-On the second floor : teenage room with a double bed, kitchen, living room with a sofa bed and a guest toilet .
-On the third floor- 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It's possible to have 2 mattresses on the floor.
-Can accommodate up to 8 persons ( with living room and 2 mattresses)
Both floors have balconies. Our Kitchen is connected with a dining room and living room.
The house is located in a quiet area with private parking.

Me and my husband both grew up in the neighborhood , when we moved back to Iceland after 10 years abroad we wanted our children to get the same freedom as we had when we were kids. Our neighborhood is like a small village, the kids can play outside without us worrying about where they are.
Why they chose this property
When we were looking for a house, this property was ideal for us as my father is a widower and he lives in the downstairs apartment. A true family house.
