Beautiful 70 sqm apartment, with quality finishes.
It consists of two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a very large shower.
The kitchenette is located between the two bedrooms - there is a hob with gas burners and a microwave oven. We can find a table with stools, which is very convenient for having a quick meal or brunch
In one of the two bedrooms it is possible to place another bed to accommodate a child
The apartment has two terraces, one of which is always in the shade, ideal for having lunch outside
The location in the villa is ideal, right in front of the swimming pool and the pine forest
Common spaces available to guests: a bathroom/laundry room where there is a washing machine and an outdoor shower

Keurige studio! Heerlijke plek

Heerlijke villa vlakbij een dorp. Prachtig zwembad, voldoende privacy. Keurige studio met alles erop en eraan. Heel vriendelijke eigenaren waar je met al he vragen terecht kan. Plek om helemaal tot rust te komen of van hieruit uitstapjes te maken.

le foto rendono perfettamente quello che è il luogo del soggiorno. Mauro è molto ospitale, attento a tutte le esigenze espresse e non, risolve velocemente qualsiasi inconveniente. E' molto preparato ed amante della sua terra, e quindi sa suggerirti, senza essere mai invasivo, posti e locali da visitare. Mi ha messo a disposizione per ferragosto il suo bbq personale e noi abbiamo gradito molto. La piscina, che pure ho utilizzato poco, è assolutamente confortevole e piacevolmente "leggermente salata" e non con quella presenza fastidiosa del cloro. Unica pecca lieve la mancanza del wi fi in camera, che con 2 figlie adolescenti serve sempre

The location of the appartement is perfect to visite the several places/sandy or rocky beaches near the beautiful east or west coast or Lecce! the pool was great and the garden paradise!!! Tellement plus qu'une simple location.

Chez Sonia et Mauro vous serez accueillis comme jamais. Si besoin était, ils sauront toujours vous renseigner pour vos pérégrinations. On se sent très vite comme chez soit et si bien. Le cadre paysagé de la propriété avec sa piscine est extrêmement bien pensé et superbe. Notre appartement spacieux et de grande qualité bénéficiait d'une terrasse protégée du soleil par des murets de pierres et de petites restanques fleuries, agrémentées de plantes aromatiques et de citronniers. Une invitation à manger dehors même par fortes chaleurs. Nos quinze jours dans le Salento furent un enchantement grâce à l'extrême gentillesse et l'envie de partage de la famille Di Donfrancesco. En choisissant cette location votre séjour sera une totale réussite.
