Beautiful apartment at 50m from the sea, quiet and bright in the residence Guayero on Los Cristianos, one of the best tourist areas of southern Tenerife.
It is ideally located 2 minutes walk from the beach.
The residence is close to all shops (restaurants and supermarkets within 50m), leisure facilities (mini golf, kindergartens) and transport facilities (bus, taxi, ferry).
The complex has a superb community pool. In addition the residence has a direct and private access to the promenade along the sea.

Nettes kleines Appartement. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad sollte dringend renoviert werden. Aus diesen Gründen etwas überteuert.

Excellent location, lovely apartment, spacious and clean.

This is a lovely apartment, comfortable and immaculately clean, well equipped, very close to the seafront , shops and bar/restaurants. Great wifi and smart tv. There is a great wiev from the balcony down to the sea, and on the other side into the mountains. The environment in this building feels quiet, safe and calm. The pool area is nice, with sun benches and sun umbrellas. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thanks Sébastien.

Excellent apartment in good position.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious , comfortable and light. Its position near the waterfront was excellent and the mini market , bar and massage centre near by were much appreciated. On the whole it was relatively quiet although there was excavation work going on throughout our stay on the nearby promenade where the paths were being relayed. The beds were comfortable. It would have been helpful to have had some English channels on the TV as all the channels were in Spanish.. Perhaps satellite TV ? The swimming pool was disappointing in that for much of the day it was in the shade and was not heated. The communication was good and the agent very friendly to let us in and to oversee the check out. Above all we believe this apartment to be very good value for money and we would certainly like to come again.

spotless apartment. All amenities.

We can'tcan't fault the appartment itself. It was well equipped and very clean. Maybe a few international news channels would have been a bonus, but otherwise the appartment was fine. Unfortunately the owner has no control over other flats and two flats from us major renovations were taking place. This made it impossible to sit out on the balcony. Or even stay in the flat while they were working. It put a damper on the holiday. The owner was kind enough to offer an extra three days gratis, but the wife had had enough. The flat is well situated, but I must admit Los Christianos is is not our cup of tea. Other flats in the complex must have been affected by the noise. Basically the noise spoilt our holiday.

Great Apartment in an ideal location

We had a great stay at the apartment. Very clean and close to the beach with a lovely pool. It was confortable and well equipped with everything you need. Very convenient parking. I would highly recommend staying here.

Posizione comodissima con accesso diretto alla piscina condominiale e al lungomare di los Cristianos. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort come lavatrice, microonde, forno elettrico, tv, balcone, posto auto. Abbastanza silenzioso per essere al centro. Servizio di consegna chiavi puntualissimo.

Exellent location, spacious, confortable.

We had a great time in this quiet apartment. It was spacious, comfortable, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed in a perfect location central to everything. The beach is only two minutes walk from the apartment. The internet in the apartment was perfect. Parking is very convenient when you have a car. Safe and secure with a really friendly atmosphere on the complex. The pool is really lovely and well maintained with plenty of sunbeds. I would recommend this apartment.

El apartamento en general está bien, buena situación a pocos minutos de la playa de Los Cristianos. La única pega es que había muchas hormigas por la cocina, deberían aplicar algún tratamiento en profundidad. Por lo demás, buena relación calidad-precio

Well located, comfortable apartment

We were happy with our apartment, there was plenty of space for 2, it would be a squeeze for 4. The only small niggle was the shower - there was hot water in the apartment, but not always in the shower. Also, the shower fitting on the wall didn't allow movement, so to use it, you had to take it off the wall and splosh it around. Apart from that, it was good.
