This one bedroom apartment is complete with a private courtyard and is in walking distance to the sea and the beach. It is 53 m2 and consists of a salon, one bedroom, a family bathroom. There is a french-style kitchen and a private courtyard with summer outside furniture. It is equipped with furniture, household electrical appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. There is also an underground parking space included in the rental duration. The salon is equipped with air-conditioner. Television Spanish. In the same building there is a network supermarket "Consum". Nearby there are many bars and restaurants, a pharmacy and a bus stop. To the sea and the beach of Del Cura it is a 5-7 minutes’ walk. Accommodation options are two people (or two adults with a child up to two years old also there is the possibility of renting a baby cot. Pets are prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in the courtyard.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
