Villa Belvedere Krušvari is located on a hill that is 8 km away from Buzet with a beautiful view of our panorama and the Istrian towns: Rož, Hum (the smallest city in the world), Buzet, Motovun, Grožnjan, Draguć, Grimalda, Vrh, Butoniga lake, Kotli, and Sovinjak.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Feines Häuschen mit tollem Pool, sehr schöne Lage. Die Gastgeberin hat uns immer wieder mit Gemüse aus dem Garten verwöhnt und gute Tipps (Ausflüge, Gasthäuser etc. in der Nähe) gegeben. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Betten haben keinen Lattenrost und waren daher unbequem. Insgesamt aber eine unbedingte Empfehlung!

Lovely secluded place with completely private pool
We stayed in Lina's place for 6 nights late July/early August. The weather was gorgeous and the pool was perfect for our family. We were greeted by Lina who showed us how everything works. She lives next door so is on hand for any issues that arise. She doesn’t speak much English but we got by using hand gestures and Google Translate. She had kindly gifted us a bowl of fruit and some cold drinks when we arrived which was lovely of her and a pleasant surprise. The rooms were cool as the air conditioning was great. All kitchen equipment was working fine and it made our stay very pleasant. As a Muslim family, it was really important to us that the pool was not overlooked and it really is very private and secluded. Definitely need a car to come here though, as you really are in the middle of nowhere. - perfect place to get away from busy city life and enjoy family time together. Highly recommend.

Wer einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub fernab allen Trubels sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Das großzügige Haus bietet viel Platz, ist ebenso wie der Pool sehr sauber, groß und schön. Die Möglichkeit eine Sauna zu nutzen und Billard bei schlechtem Wetter zu spielen macht Groß und Klein glücklich. Danke Lina, für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Fantastisch verblijf gehad
Wij zijn hier een week verbleven zomer 2023 en hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad. Aardige eigenaresse, erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. Komt ook nog extra fruit / drinken brengen, erg lief. Communicatie van tevoren ook fijn. Ik had wat vraagjes vooraf (of er een kinderbedje was) en die werden allemaal keurig en correct beantwoord. Helemaal goed Engels spreekt zij niet maar met handen en voeten kom je er wel uit. :) Huis is goed onderhouden en netjes. Van alle gemakken voorzien, de sauna en pooltafel zijn leuke toevoegingen, het zwembad is helemaal goud! Wordt elke dag keurig schoongemaakt zonder dat je er last van hebt. Het ligt best afgelegen, wij vonden dat juist fijn eigenlijk. Geen toeristisch gebied, dat gebied is wel prima aan te rijden, wij hebben dat een dagje opgezocht: prima! Ook dagje waterpark gedaan, verder ben je om en rond het huis ook zoet: prachtige omgeving! Wij waren met 4 personen, 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen: hele fijne week gehad! Dank Lina :)

Erholsamer Familienurlaub
Das Highlight war der große Pool.Dank des überwiegend sehr schönen Wetters haben wir die meiste Zeit im Freien verbracht.Bei zwei Schlafzimmern muss man sich mit 7 Personen arrangieren, für uns kein Problem.Zu den Metropolen am Meer (Novigrad, Porec,Umag)kommt man auf guten Straßen in ca einer Stunde.

Wundervoll ruhiger Urlaub
Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien. Das Haus ist sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Besonders schön sind der Garten, in dem man zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne tanken kann und der riesige Pool, in dem auch die Teenis ihren Spaß hatten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und lassen einem doch Privatsphäre. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute und günstige Restaurants in ca. 20 Minuten Entfernung.

Liebe Lina! Wir möchten uns von ganzem Herzen bei Dir bedanken! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefüllt und deine Aufmerksamkeit und kleine Geschenke hat uns immer Freude bereitet. Wir haben Unterkunft anhand den Bewertungen ausgesucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Ruhig, weit von Touristen, aber mit dem Auto trotzdem gut erreichbar. Viel werden wir nicht bewerten, können nur bestätigen, das alles stimmt, was die anderen bis jetzt geschrieben haben. Unseren Kinder hat Urlaub in Krusvari auch sehr gefallen! Wir kommen wieder. Прекрасная тихая вилла с бассейном, детской площадкой и всевозможными удобствами. В доме есть всё что нужно и даже больше - биллиард, сауна, велосипеды. Очень приятная хозяйка Lina! Спасибо за гостиницы;) Нам очень понравилось - особенно детям! Спасибо!

Geräumiges Haus mit gepflegtem Pool und Unterhaltungswert (Darts, Billard, Schach, Stepper,...). Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter. Reichhaltiges und qualitativ hochwertige Restaurant in 3km Entfernung. Ansonsten sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns hervorragend erholt :-).

schöne & ruhige Villa mit Pool
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit zu siebt in der Villa Belvedere. Das Haus liegt abgelegen in einem kleinen Ort in den Bergen bei Buzet. Dementsprechend schön ist der Ausblick auf die Landschaft, die das Haus umgibt. Die nächste Stadt, Buzet, ist mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten schnell erreichbar. Das Haus sowie die Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich, man kann hier auch sehr gut einen Tag lang nur entspannen. Der Pool wird jeden Tag morgens um 7 Uhr von den Vermietern gesäubert, die auch sonst sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit zu uns waren. Sie brachten uns viel Gemüse und halfen uns sofort, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder;)

Wir waren mit unserem Urlaubsdomizil sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und das Grundstück mit dem eigenen Pool ein Traum. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt; ansonsten waren sie zurückhaltend aber sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und man hat seine Ruhe. Tagesausflüge und das Meer sind dennoch nicht weit. Montags kommt immer der Minimarkt-Bus gefahren, womit man sich mit allem eindecken kann. Es gibt noch viel zu entdecken, so dass wir gerne wiederkommen.

Dejligt hus
Trods tidlig ankomst blev vi modtaget med stor venlighed, lidt at spise og drikke. Udlejer kom med friske grøntsager fra egen have et par gange. Dejligt rummeligt hus til 5-6 personer og en dejlig stor pool til egen benyttelse og som bliver rengjort hver morgen.

Schöne, ruhige Villa in der Natur
Wir sind sehr zufrieden, ein schönes Haus mit einem Traumhaften Garten und Pool der zur alleinigen Nutzung steht. Das Haus ist im Wald ruhig gelegen und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und Nett. Die Umgebung ist schön und einem wird auch mit 3 kleinen Kindern nicht langweilig. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, nächstes Jahr gerne wieder . Danke an Lina und ihr Mann für die Gastfreundschaft und die leckeren Feigen und Trauben.

Ruhig und Einsam
Objekt wie beschrieben in den Bergen bei Buzet. Man fährt ca. 20 Minuten dorthin den Berg hinab. Am Objekt absolute Ruhe, der Eigentümer kommt morgens gegen 7 Uhr zum Pool reinigen und lässt ein ansonsten in Ruhe. Wer Trubel sucht ist hier falsch, zum Meer fährt man ca. 50 Minuten. 4 km entfernt befindet ein Restaurant was gut und günstig ist. Da mitten auf dem Land gelegen gibt gibt es auch die entsprechenden Tiere ( Wespen, Ameisen usw.), aber das wussten wir vorher. Wie gesagt zum Entspannen abseits des Trubels sehr zu empfehlen.

Gelungener Erholungsurlaub
Perfektes Plätzchen zur Entschleunigung. Sehr ruhig, fernab von üblichen Touristenrouten/-gruppen. Restaurants, Geschäfte etc. ca. 5-15 Min Fahrt. Mehrere Turi-Hotspots sind 30-40 Min entfernt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und leckeres Gemüse.

Super Villa
Die Villa liegt ziemlich außerhalb der Stadt Buzet. Wenn sie einen Urlaub in ruhe und voller Natur genießen möchten ist dies der optimale Ort. Die Villa war sehr sauber und die Inhaber sehr sehr nett. Sie hat einen privaten Pool der komplett abgeschirmt ist, so dass Sie volle Privatsphäre haben. Eine Sauna, ein Billardtisch, WIFI und TV hat es auch. Mehr als 6 Personen würden wir aber nicht empfehlen. Eine Stunde Fahrt braucht es zum Meer bzw Strand und verschiedenen Attraktionen für Kinder. In ca. 20min ist die nächst gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeit.

Pasar unos días en este alojamiento ha sido una experiencia fabulosa. Los dueños nos han hecho sentir muy cómodos, y nos han tratado de lujo. La casa está muy limpia y equipada, y tiene una localización muy buena para visitar Istria y Eslovenia. Totalmente recomendable.

Leuk en aangenaam verblijf
Wij zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaars, heel lieve mensen, ze kwamen regelmatig langs met fruit, groenten, en we hebben voor ons vertrek een super lekkere zelfgemaakte pizza van hen gekregen en een vers zelfgemaakt brood.we hebben er een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad, ook een hele mooie omgeving

Fantastic stay
Briliant place to enjoy your holiday. The villa is everything it says on the pictures. All the touristic places are between 40 min up to an hour drive which makes this the ideal central spot. Owners are incredible..... they will take good care of you and all your needs. Fresh bread, schnaps, fresh veggies.... you name it they have it and will share. We stayed with 4 grown ups and 3 childeren age (7,10 and 10) and could not have asked for a more perfect spot to reside and enjoy our holiday. 👍👍👍
