Enjoy Crested Butte at The Chateaux. Our "Ski House" condominium Unit 505 E is a fabulous Gold Plus Condo featuring magnificent Mountain Views, an open floorplan, and easy access to the base area.

Conveniently located in the Chateaux Condominium. Our non-smoking 3 bedrooms,
3 bath 1,100 sq. ft. end-unit underwent a total renovation in 2016, the layout is unlike any other Chateaux Unit. The ambiance is rustic lodge style with stunning views of Mt. Crested Butte and the surrounding West Elk Mountain Range. The open floor plan includes a well-appointed kitchen with a crockpot, blender, coffee grinder, waffle maker, etc, full-size dining area, wood-burning fireplace, 4 flat-screen TV's, free WIFI, living area, and a private balcony for your morning coffee or watching the afternoon activities on Mt. Crested Butte.

The 3 private Bedroom Suites each have their own private bathroom with soft towels, hairdryers, and toiletry items, flat-screen TVs, new beds, 500 thread count linens, and warm blankets. The Master Suite has a California King, reading nook, and an additional exit door for added privacy, a second Bedroom Suite has a queen bed with a twin size daybed, flat-screen TV, small dresser, and hanging area, and the third Bedroom Suite has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, hanging/ closet organizing area and views of the Elk Mountain Range! A "pack-and-play" crib, iron, and ironing board are also located in the unit for our guests.

A private "locked" ski storage closet for guests of 505E is conveniently located at the top of the stairs next to our unit. A full-size washer/dryer is also located next to our unit.

The Condo is approximately 500 yards from the Mountaineer Village/base area, a short walk to the base area, or take the free condo Loop shuttle just outside the main entrance. The Loop Shuttle will take you directly to Mountaineer Village where you can buy lift tickets, explore the children's Adventure Park, or connect with the free shuttle into the historic Victorian mining town of Crested Butte. NO CAR NEEDED! However, if you have a car, free parking is always available by the front entrance.

The Chateaux Complex is the only condominium unit featuring an outdoor common area complete with changing area and shower, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and patio space with grills open to our guests during the Winter and Summer seasons. Enjoy Crested Butte.
