Why they chose this property
When we first moved to Asheville, we knew immediately that we wanted to buy a home in this family-friendly neighborhood for its charm and beauty, diversity, proximity to downtown and UNCA campus, botanical gardens and green-ways; for its walkable streets with original brick-paved sidewalks, parks, wide roads lined with old trees, cared-for gardens, community gardens, and easy access to just about everything around! This is a gorgeous old Montford home with Modern Day Updates - open spaces, large bathrooms, beautiful wood floors.
