Main level features open floorplan with newly renovated kitchen including maple cabinets, granite countertops, and new appliances, dining area and living room area with gas fireplace. Master Bedroom located on upper level features King Size Sleep Number® bed and newly renovated bathroom with soaking tub. Lower level has two bedrooms, one with a new queen bed and the other with bunk beds and an extra twin bed. A fully renovated bathroom as well as laundry room with new washer and dryer are also located on lower level. Loft area includes queen size pull out couch for extra guests. Both Master BR and 1st BR on lower level have plenty of room for your pack & play/crib (not included) if needed. Relax on secluded balcony located off of dining area overlooking wooded area with complete privacy and view of ski slopes in winter.

Rental includes access to Loon Mountain Club facility featuring indoor/outdoor pool, gym, hot tub and sauna located right on Loon Mountain! Local attractions include many beautiful hiking trails, Zip Line Adventures at Loon Mountain, Lost River, Clarke’s Trading Post, Flume Gorge, Franconia Notch and scenic Kancamagus Highway leading to North Conway.
Outdoor grills/grilling is not allowed per Homeowners Association.
Check-In time is after 4:00 PM / Check-Out time is before 11:00 AM. Note: guests who do not check out before 11:00 AM on the date of their departure are subject to being charged an additional day's rate.
Bathrooms: we provide 1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom per rental plus what is left on the roll. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional toilet paper needed during their stay.
Kitchen: we provide 1 full roll of paper towels per rental (plus whatever is left on roll). Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional paper towels needed during their stay.
Please note: We do not rent during the winter season. The condo is only available for spring/summer/fall rental.
Cancellation: If Renter cancels this Contract for any reason prior to Check-in-date, then the following terms will apply:
-If the cancellation is more than 90 days before the Check-In Date, then Owner will return all payments made by Renter less a $100 processing fee.
-If the cancellation is 45 to 89 days before the Check-in date, then 50% of the Rental bill will be retained by Owner as damages.
-If the cancellation is less than 45 days before the Check-in date, then 100%of the Rental bill will be retained by Owner as damages.
If Renter has not made the final 50% payment, and if Renter cancels this Contract less than 45 days before the Check-in-date, then Renter authorizes Owner to charge Renter’s credit card for the final 50% payment owed.
If Owner shall fail to fulfill Owner’s obligations under this Rental Contract, all funds paid by Renter to Owner shall be refunded to Renter as liquidated damages, which shall be Renter’s sole remedy at law and in equity.
