Appartement pas loin de la mer

Séjour bien passé quelques petites chose à voir pour améliorer nous avons communiqué avec la propriétaire une odeur dans les toilettes du à une fuite au niveau raccordement WC et fixation robinet cuisine et pour les étrangers une vraie cafetière lapro

Pleasant stay

Pleasant apartment features a spacious living room with a very nice view. It's a perfect place to experience Denia and its surrounding area. In a short walking distance you can find several restaurants and a big supermarket. Angioletta was very friendly for whatever I needed.

Excellent!

Excellent place to stay. The apartment is lovely, with everything you'd need for a perfect stay. The owner is helpful and friendly, and answers any queries promptly. The key collection process is straightforward. The apartment location is good, in Nova Dénia, which is 6km from Dénia town centre. There are several good bars and restaurants nearby (there is a café/bar and pizza restaurant actually in the ground floor of the apartment building itself), and a large supermarket 5 minutes' walk away. It is on a bus route (Las Marinas route) to Dénia town centre. All in all, this is highly recommended.

Very clean and well equipped

We had a great stay. Everything what you need is there. However, I was not aware that it is on the fourth floor without elevator. So it was a little workout with the luggage. ;-) Thanks to Angie for the great stay..

Hemos estado genial .,.. hemos sido 6 personas Hemos estado muy bien …! Solo dos cositas a mejorar … Cuando entramos estaba todo limpio menos el suelo .. igual no les dio tiempo de hacerlo mejor …. Y si hay que dormir en el comedor es necesario un Store más más para la ventana que no tiene ….. por lo demás ….. muy bien …perfecto súper amable . Nos dejo salir más tarde …. Y pudimos entrar antes pero no lo necesitamos …

El apartamento en si es muy cuqui. No es apto para personas con movilidad ya que tienes q subir varios pisos. La única pega es que al irnos nos pretendían cobrar 100 euros por algo que no habíamos roto (apenas estuvimos en el apartamento). No es nuestra responsabilidad comprobar si hay algo roto al llegar, deberían de comprobarlo los dueños al irse cada uno de sus inquilinos. Por lo demás todo ok.

Superbes vacances. Le logement était à une courte marche de la plage. Faut pas y manqué le coucher de soleil! Aller faire un tour à Calpe, magnifique petite ville à 40 min.

Descanso al baño María.

Independientemente del tiempo, agua a todas horas, debo señalar que la casa es estupenda, bien arreglada, de un tamaño perfecto, con un baño muy bonito y dotada de todo lo necesario para una estancia relajada y confortable, en un entorno tranquilo, cerca de restaurantes y, lo esencial, a un paso de la playa.

Tutto perfetto!

Siamo stati 10 giorni in questo appartamento ed è tutto stato perfetto, la comunicazione è stata ottima, abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto pulito, arredato con gusto, vista bellissima grazie alle sue enormi vetrate e spiaggia a pochi metri, CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und geräumige Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich nur 200 Meter vom tollen Strand entfernt, ideal also auch für Familien mit Kindern. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist ausgesprochen ruhig. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbracht.
