Perfect
For us, the location and everything was perfect. Pisa, Florence etc easy to reach. Really enjoyed our stay and were made to feel very welcome. Any problems were dealt with swiftly by Cecelia. Would highly recommend for a typical Tuscan holiday

Beautiful house in Tuscany
Very nice house in a very small town, perfect getaway for anyone. Quiet area with a nice shared pool to relax and enjoy the weather. Would definitely recommend and we will most likely come back!

Amazing stay with beautiful landscape
We stayed for almost a week and we absolutely loved every day there! It is a great location for visiting the Tuscany area and the cities during the day and then coming back for the pool in the midday when the cities are too hot. The communication with Cecilia and her family was also great. If we ever needed something, she was always there to help us. Overall a perfect holiday. We can only recommend it!

Beautiful Farm Living
Me and my friend loved staying at Sant’Ermo! Cecilia is a wonderful and helpful host and her farm house is divine. The apartment is very spacious and clean. It got very hot the days we stayed there, so the pool was really a must and very pleasant. There are fruit trees all around the property which I thought it was a really nice touch. You must have a car though, because the property is surrounded by vineyards and it’s just more convenient to get around. I highly recommend this place if you want to relax and get away from the city life.

Authentic rustic villa
Overall, this was a very peaceful getaway. The villa had a very authentic and classic Italian vibe which we loved. The pool was amazing and had such a spectacular view. I wish we knew ahead of time how remote the location was, as we did not have a car with us - this should be mentioned in the property description. This added up to very expensive taxi fares and this location has nothing that you can walk to so it also would have been nice to know that we needed to do a grocery run ahead of time. Overall a beautiful property and view, but the location was a too remote if you don’t have a car.

Toskana at its best
wir wollten abseits in der Toskana ein paar unbeschwerte Tage verbringen. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Gastgeber waren super nett. Sauber, geräumig und praktisch eingerichtet. Wlan hat gut funktioniert, sogar mit unserem Stick konnten wir TH schauen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein Paradies!
Eine Oase von Ruhe, mit tollem Pool, Garten und tolle Vermieter. Von da aus geile Ausflüge gemacht nach Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Siena, Pisa, Cecina Mare, usw. Wir sagen: immer wieder und können diese Adresse nur weiter empfehlen.

Toller, ruhiger Platz
Sehr nette Vermieter (sprechen Englisch) und ein schön angelegtes Grundstück mit toller Aussicht. Ein gepflegter Pool mit Liegen, Grillmöglichkeit, Stühle und Tische im Garten, gesicherter Grundstückszugang. Bad mit Dusche, Küche mit Herd, mit Toaster, ohne Ofen. Heizmöglichkeit nur im Schlafzimmer. TV mit regionalen Sendern und WLan. Gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Der Grillbereich im Garten müsste mal etwas hergerichtet werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Séjour de rêve à Sant'Ermo
Visite de Pise, Florence, Volterra et croisière dans les cinq terres depuis La Spezia. Le tout en une semaine en gardant du temps pour du farniente entre chaque activités et profiter du lieu idyllique et des hôtes charmant.

Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Lage
Das Anwesen ist sehr weitläufig man kann sich mit den anderen Gästen sehr gut arrangieren. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat dass es sehr viele Möglichkeiten gibt draußen zu grillen oder sich eine Pizza zu machen zumal das Brennmaterial jederzeit bereit liegt. Wenn man sich den Tag über dort aufhält gibt es die verschiedensten Möglichkeiten sich sowohl in die Sonne als auch im Schatten aufzuhalten, jeweils mit Sonnenschirm und Tisch. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca 5 km weg was dir uns aber auch kein Problem war denn der Kühlschrank ist sehr groß mit Gefrierfach sodass man auf Vorrat kaufen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett, sprechen gutes Englisch sind aber nicht aufdringlich. Fazit: eine Unterkunft die man absolut empfehlen kann-nein muss!!!!

Die Gastgeber waren immer um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Dabei blieb keine Frage unbeantwortet. Zudem gab es noch Tips für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - es war fast familiär. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

La Toscane à son meilleur
Très jolie demeure située dans un hameau tranquille avec vue magnifique sur la paisible campagne toscane. Les hôtes, leur jeune fille et le chien sont d'agréable compagnie. Ne pas se fier au gps pour s'y rendre (route en terre cahoteuse à une seule voie). Prévoir l'ajout d'euros pour la literie et les serviettes à l'arrivée.

Erholsamer Urlaub auf weitläufigem Anwesen
Trotz schlechten Wetters (Regen und Kühle im Mai in der ersten Woche des Urlaubs Ende Mai 23) genossen wir die schöne Ferienwohnung auf grossem Grundstück. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und immer ansprechbar, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Highlight war das wunderschöne Schwimmbad, die Stille und die Blicke ins weite toskanische Land ringsum. Wir haben die Umgebung erforscht, mit Auto, Rädern und zu Fuss und kehrten gut erholt und erfüllt von der Schönheit der Gegend nachhause zurück.

Beautiful and quiet place
The place looks even better than pictures. The view is amazing, it is quiet and remote but at the same time with car you can get to nearest shops in just few minutes and to a lot of main attractions in Tuscany in up to an hour. The apartment was clean and spacious for two people with unique furniture which gave it also a great atmosphere. The pool is also clean and was never too crowded with just two other apartments on the property. We had a place to sit in the garden as well where we could do barbecue. The owner is nice and helpful. She leaves guest tips where to eat , what you should see etc. Overall we had amazing two weeks there.

Très bel endroit et propriétaires très gentils
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette propriété magnifique. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très discrets. La communication était simple car ils parlent français. C'est un endroit calme et reposant au milieu de la campagne et ses beaux paysages. Il y a deux autres appartements loués, ce qui n'empêche pas d'avoir accès à la piscine pour autant! Il y a un bel espace extérieur avec un coin barbecue, ce qui est très chouette. Il n'est pas difficile ni long de se rendre à la plage ou dans les villes telles que Pise, Livourne ou encore Lucca. Nous recommandons fortement ce lieu pour des vacances au calme !

Wundervoller Urlaub
Wie der Titel es schon kurz umschreibt, hatten wir einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Toskana. Die Unterkunft war genau nach unserem Geschmack und lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Livorno, Lucca, Volterra etc. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit und habe wirklich sehr gute Tipps hinsichtlich Strände und essen gehen etc. Und unsere 2Jährige Tochter liebte den großen Pool und die Aprikosenbäume :-) Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und werden wiederkommen!

Wunderschöne Tage haben wir erlebt...
Wir haben 11 wunderschöne Tage hier genossen. In unserer Ferienwohnung gab es alles, was man sich vorstellen kann und alles funktionierte.
