The three-storey 470 sq. m villa is combining a space of high aesthetics and superior quality materials with an architectural concept that intertwines indoor and outdoor areas, we created the ideal canvas for relaxing activities in ultimate connection to the natural environs.
The whole building and facilities are high quality throughout and great care and attention can be seen in every detail including Cocomat ecological bed mattresses, designer furnishings made by Italian and Greek designers and designer dinnerware sets to add to this unique atmosphere of supreme contemporary living.

- Indoor layout -
Entering the main entrance of the villa on the first floor (pool level), there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 49" satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped island-style kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances including a wine cooler. An impressive panoramic floor-to-ceiling window from the living room area with exceptional sea views leads to the outdoor terrace and the pool. A bathroom with shower is also found on the same floor.
Reaching the ground floor through a staircase or an elevator, there is an office room with a desk and a printer.
Additionally all the five bedrooms of the villa with en-suite bathrooms are located on this floor.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk in wardrobe, satellite 40" HDTV and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower. The other three bedrooms have a double bed, a desk, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The last bedroom which can be used as a guest house has a king-size bed, a desk, a 40" HDTV, an auxiliary kitchen and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom (guest house) has its own entrance and accessible from the outdoor area. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The staircase or the elevator leads you down to the basement level where the playroom and gym are located. In the playroom you will find a pool table, 49" HDTV, Playstation 4 and a bluetooth speaker.
The gym has a variety of fitness equipment such as a treadmill and exercise bike. Furthermore a sauna and a bathroom with shower are also located on the same floor.
Finally on this level there is an additional area which consists of an extra bedroom with two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower that could be used for a guests personal staff member, if applicable.
- Outdoor area -
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 40 sq. m ecological infinity heated swimming pool. The use of pool heating system will cost an additional per day (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).

- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, sofas, chairs and hammock) for relaxing in the terrace and the gardens around the villa

Villa Saint Antoine is located in Akrotiri peninsula, around 9 km north east of the city of Chania.
The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also very close to all kinds of supplies shops, restaurants and various services. The closest living area is the village of Kounoupidiana where you can find bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants with traditional Cretan food and it is located only 3 km away.
Close to the villa you will find several sandy beaches that you should visit. The most popular ones are Kalathas beach (6 km) and Marathi beach (10 km) which is ideal for families with children. The villas location is ideal for one more reason: its 10 minutes proximity to the main national road, thus making excursions around the west and southwest coastline and countryside, that are scattered with breathtaking beaches and picturesque villages, is a very easy thing to do.
