Being a shopkeeper in St Jean de Monts, I am very familiar with camping and St Jean de Monts

Mobile home, partially covered wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Composed of 3 bedrooms
-1 bedroom with a double bed.
-2 rooms with 2 beds 1 person (possibility to bring them closer to make a big bed and or one of the two beds which can be tidied up under the first one to leave room for a cot or gain of place
-the rooms are equipped with blackout blinds and blackout curtains and mosquito net.
-couettes, pillows and pads provided for 8 people
-a shower room.
-A separate toilet

-Television flat screen and a USB key (about thirty cartoons will be provided), radio / cd.

Asked your insurer:
- Certificate of insurance (asked your insurer for insurance in
resort, this one is free)

- Upon delivery of keys:
-A visitor's tax of 0. 65 € / night / adult of +18 years
- A check deposit of 600 € to be paid on arrival. The deposit will be returned 15 days after departure if no deterioration is found.
- A check of 80 € for the household and the barbecue which will be returned to your departure if the whole is clean.
