Immersed in the countryside of Castellana Grotte, this lovely complex of trulli is made up of 5 housing units of trulli and lamia, with a swimming pool to share (size 4x10) .All accommodation units are independent and independent, each equipped with a kitchenette, or kitchen except one unit
CASETTA SALVIA: composed of 1 double bedroom, with two sofa beds, bathroom with shower and kitchen. The house has a veranda furnished with tables, chairs, and a small garden of relevance. (Beds: 2 + 2)
The complex is equipped with all comforts and a common area where you can take advantage of a large kitchen, with a large table, benches and barbecue. On the back there is a laundry area and a staircase leading to the swimming pool area with solarium and relaxation area equipped with sofas in the shade of a pergola. Two outdoor showers serving the swimming pool. All around a garden with flowers, ornamental plants and lawn, is the setting for this beautiful residential structure.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).
For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves.


We remind you that at check-in you will have to pay the Castellana Grotte tourist city tax of 1,50 € per person per night.

EXTRA FEE
Security deposit of € 500,00 pre-authorized via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of € 59,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of € 1.500 in case of damages.
Mid-stay extra linen and towels: 25,00 € per person
Baby cot and high chair: 25,00 € per stay
Mid-stay extra cleaning: 30,00 € per hour per cleaner

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 25 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
The late check-in supplement is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you the instructions to access the property and arrange to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is €100.00.
