With a cozy, relaxed atmosphere, convenient private parking and breath taking views of the beach, you'll slip into vacation mode almost immediately. From the fully furnished kitchen to the comfortably appointed family room and bedrooms, the owners have taken care of all the extras, so all you need to do is enjoy yourself. With 2 Olympic sized pools (one of which is heated) on site in addition to a kiddy pool, hot tub room, snack shack, and more, there is plenty of fun to be had. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included, as well as WIFI and basic cable. From sunrise to sunset, it's the ideal way to experience Panama City Beach.

Master bedroom has one king bed, 2nd bedroom has two double beds. Two full bathrooms (master is ensuite with walk-in shower), full kitchen, washer/dryer. Balcony, which looks out over pools and beach, has access from both the living room and master bedroom.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location

The condo was very comfortable and clean. It looked just like the photos. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and having the washer and dryer with kids was awesome. This is the second time we have stayed at Regency Towers and we will be back. The amenities are wonderful. We had drinks and food from the tiki restaurant a couple of times and it was all really good. We always enjoy the activities such as, karaoke night, movie night and the bonfire on the beach. The beach is gorgeous and we love the quieter end of Thomas Drive. We always rent a pontoon from Adventures at Sea to go out to Shell Island for a day and eat dinner at Captain Anderson’s and both are 5 minutes from the condo which is great. I would definitely recommend this unit! We had a wonderful vacation!

Beach vacation 2022

The condo was very nice. The only problem I had was the 2nd bedroom closet had mop bucket, lamp and pictures in it and I couldn’t use. All in all everything else was great. One other complaint I have and a lot of people were complaining about was the beach service. The guy there was so rude. It’s not the condo owners fault but just saying.

Overall, nice room and location! Easy check-in process. Only issues (minor) were two broken chairs on balcony (owner did disclose beforehand that they were aware) and ceiling fans in the bedrooms did not work. Everything else was great!

Loved it!

We have stayed in PCB for years and this was probably our favorite condo. The process was easy as can be. I will say, however, that the place could've been cleaned better. I did text the cleaning lady upon arrival, as there was no TP and she said she had a family emergency so she had a back-up cleaner. I ended up cleaning linens that were obviously never changed and we ran to the store for TP sooner than we would've liked. All in all, we loved the view, the newly renovated condo, and we met several very nice people at the resort.

Condo is great

This condo is great and I would recommend. Its nicely remodeled and had everything we needed. Beds are very comfy. Rental was easy, check in and out was easy, communication good and no issues. The only "complaint" we had was with the housekeeping. There was significant visible dust buildup on bedroom ceiling fan and beard hair on sink/tray in bathroom. In bedroom, there was sand, trash, sunscreen, a washcloth and other things left underneath the beds so obviously not cleaning/sweeping there each time. No reason to bother owner with this when we checked in but just something they might want to have cleaning person better look at. The elevators are terrible if you are on the upper floors. There are 3 elevators but the building is huge (14 floors) and it seems check-in/out goes on every day so its not like the elevators were only overly busy on Fridays or Saturdays. Its every day people loading in and out which means only a few people can fit in the elevator at a time. I'm sure this is only an issue during the busy summer season. There are nightly events on the pool deck that were nice entertainment. Pool snack bar is nice, pools were nice and seemed to be clean. If you venture East or North, be prepared for the traffic in the summer months. You can't go anywhere most any time of day with out it being jacked up and there isn't much if you go west/south but traffic that direction was good. This is a good place for families with kids!

Top notch Condo! Owners are great! Housekeeping not so much or front desk.

No trouble with the owner of the condo at all. Their condo was top notch and all the household items as well! Housekeeping could clean a little better for the owner, hair on sinks, toilets, showers, dust bunnies under bed and wrapper under nightstands. People working front desk were very mean and acted like they hated what they did, but they were like that 2 years ago as well. Lucky we only had to deal with them once! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!!! I hope for the owners sake to talk to the housekeeping or get new ones.

Loved this property and the condo was fantastic!

Did it all on line. Most everything was explained very well. There were really no surprises other than 1000s of bikers in town for Thunder Beach. Not sure how I could have been notified, but I would have chosen a different week.

Breathtaking View and Precious Owner

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was exactly as described. The view of the beach was magnificent. My kids loved having the two pools and I loved the beach chairs that were included with the rental. I had heard that elevators were a problem, but I did not feel like the wait was ever that bad. Many times we were able to walk right on. We had one small hiccup upon arrival. Devonne was very quick to respond. She went above and beyond to take care of things and make everything right. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Love Regency, not this unit

Love regency and the unit is nice. We were told by the owner to bring our own bedding due to covid, no problem we did. upon arriving there was bedding on the beds which we removed and placed in the closet and never removed during visit. Now 9 days after we stayed there and someone else spent the week there that there is a burn hole in the comforter and she was keeping our deposit. we dont smoke and have been booking rooms through vrbo for ten years and never had a problem like this. stay somewhere else lots of nice units in Regency.

Great Stay RT 1219

We really enjoyed the stay at Regency Towers. Condo was nicely decorated and well furnished with most anything you would need. The property was very well kept and quite and they have 24 hr security. Pool and beach area are very nice. Love the Tiki Bar between pools. Great place to get a drink and some awesome food while at beach or pool. Overall great experience.

Good stay, great location. Clean but needs some updating. Range from the 70s, sliding door doesn't lock. Three elevators for 500 condos, but they were fast. We did enjoy the chairs and umbrella that comes with the unit.

Outdoor furniture cheap and uncomfortable. Room is sorely in need of an update. Felt very 1960/1970. Towels stained, mold in shower. Stayed at Regency last year. Booked again because we loved the room we had, but it was not available. Had I booked this room last year, may not have come back. Not booking this room again.

Summary of Stay

Property clean and as described. The beds weren’t comfy to us but we all like a different style of bed. I had to hold the hair dryer plug in in the outlet or it would fall out. Everyone (staff, guests and tenants) were very friendly. Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and loved the view of the ocean. Thank you for opening your place to my family!!!

Spacious, Clean....dated

The property is in a good location. We enjoyed Regency Towers. The condo was very spacious and very clean. The owner was quick to respond to questions. The beach chairs were a big plus. This particular condo is kept up well, but dated. After further research and seeing other condos on the property, it is also over priced compared to other units in the building that are much more updated. Beware, it has a washer and dryer, but the dryer vents into the condo resulting in the condo heating up.

We are three sisters from Wisconsin! Our maternal grandfather came to the US from Germany in the early 1920's. He wooed our grandmother, still in Germany, through the mail and then sponsored her to come to the US, where they wed in DeFuniak Springs, Florida in 1929. They moved to Milwaukee and started their family, though they kept their beautiful farm in DeFuniak (which they eventually gave to their eldest daughter). We sisters spent a lot of time on that farm and on the sugar sand beaches near Seagrove when we visited our Aunt in Florida. When we were children, the beaches were public and undeveloped. Can you imagine? Or maybe you can even remember this yourself?!

Why they chose this property

We love this part of Florida, and still have family in the area. There is nothing like a peaceful morning run on the beach as the chairs and umbrellas are quietly being set up, followed by breakfast on the balcony watching the dolphins cruise by. When our kids were young, they loved building sand castles in the afternoon while we adults alternated between sun-bathing and playing with them in the waves. The luxury of an evening stroll along the beach as the sun sets in amazing hues of orange and pink over the emerald waters can't be fathomed until seen. And, don't forget your flashlight for night time walks where ghostly white crabs can be seen hurriedly scuttling by!
