This spacious, bright house is located near Noordwijk aan Zee (25 min cycling). Within walking distance of the shops and cycling distance (8 min) from station Sassenheim. Five minutes from Leiden and 25 minutes from Amsterdam.
The house has three floors and was completely refurbished two years ago. And counts five bedrooms. Of which 2 children's rooms.
On the ground floor is the hall with separate toilet, a half open kitchen with all appliances (4 hotplates, dishwasher, espresso machine, microwave). And very spacious and bright living room with patio doors to the large garden on the south (24 meters deep and 10 meters wide) incl. Patio furniture and BBQ.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with (bubble) bath, shower and double sink. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bedstead and 1 bedroom with 1 bed.
On the second floor are two rooms, one of which is very spacious with a double bed.
Facilities: washing machine, dryer, internet (free Wifi), sufficient parking spaces. Non-smoking house, pet on request.
