Beautifully designed top floor Apartment with wooden veranda overlooking to the seaside, there is a 2 bedrooms. one with double bed, wardrobe, two windows and an alternative door to step out to the veronda. The second has 1double bed and 1single bed the flat has a wooden cealings. Small setting room with an open plan kitchen and a corridor that gives access to the veronda, there is 2(toilet, shower, lavatory) unit.
From the veronda, there is a wooden stairs that leads you to the roof terrace, It is spacious and equipped with wooden benches. It is great for relaxing and sunbathing, there are amazing seaside views from the terrace. Also the house is only 100m to the sandy beach of Imessouane village.

Why they chose this property
I'm a sea lover. In 2010 I bought the land and gradually i started building it as my retirement refuge. In the meanwhile, I'm renting it for surfers, fishing amateurs, families and sea lovers.
What makes this property unique
This Seaside penthouse is peaceful and relaxing. It is ideal fo the surfers. Also, there is a stunning views from the terrace of our house, where you have almost 360 degrees of sea and land views
The penthouse is spacious well furnished, it has wooden ceilings and the interior is nautical designed
Our staff is very friendly and helpful.
So far all the guests we have hosted. have a great time. Why couldn't you give it a try. I'm sure you will be impressed with the place. Be my guest!!!
