Birkdale Villa is a pristine 5 bed 4 bath home with private pool & spa, and a superb extended deck. Set in the prestigious Highlands Reserve community on a championship 18 hole golf course. The villa overlooks the 7th hole but has a private and secluded outlook.

Our villa offers spacious rooms, high ceilings, open social areas, lovely foyer entrance, dual living rooms/sitting areas, abundant natural light, and a covered terrace.
There are 3 master suites, only the twin rooms share a bathroom. Brand new furniture in pool area & upstairs queen room.
Highlands Reserve is a safe and secure resort ideal for children, walking, biking, and running etc. There are numerous community facilities including Tennis Court, Pool, Playground, and Golf Clubhouse - all are walking distance from the villa. It is also less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 min walk from Publix Supermarket, a Petrol Station, bar, bank, and restaurants. There is a ring door bell at the property

We love Birkdale villa

Perfect villa in great location. Pool area is superb, sun-beds are great (plenty of snooze’s) and local golf course worth a game.

Perfect Disney holiday

Stayed for 2 weeks but wish it was longer! Kerry was wonderful and helped both before and during our stay with various queries both related to the villa and also recommendations for the local area. The villa was gorgeous, well kept, spacious & the pool area was beautiful and relaxing to chill around between park days. Easy 25-30 min drive to Disney parks. We went for a few runs & felt safe in the area. Loved the highlands reserve to be honest as well as the villa. Nice little walk to the applebees if you want a few drinks and an easy meal. And if eating in the villa a Publix is also in walking distance or 2 mins in the car. There was 5 adults and 4 children in our party and there was plentiful space in the villa for all of us and we were never under each others feet. Aircon was lovely and strong for after a day in the extreme heat & TVs had Netflix to entertain the kids. Lots of pool towels to use so save space when packing! Only recommendation I could give is maybe install a removable rotary washing line on the far right behind the table outside as with 4 kids we did a lot of washing and spoiled the aesthetics of the pool area with clothes over the safety fence all the time ha ha. Had a great time. Thanks again.

Fabulous Villa

Fantastic villa, anyone wanting to stay in Florida, this is the place to stay! Very clean, spacious, swimming pool, games room, everything was great. Kerry (the villa owner) is lovely and has been so helpful from when we originally placed the booking (back in 2019) up until the day we left the villa. It's not very often in this day and age that you can say you get such great customer service but Kerry was great. If we ever go back to Florida, I'll definitely be booking with Kerry again.

Amazing 3 weeks

The property is fabulous. Great Pool area with plenty of sitting and lounging to catch the sun on the fabulous deck. Kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you would need. Plenty of room in the lounges for two families to sit around. Fabulous dining area. The bedrooms are sumptuous with a huge master with en-suite upstairs, with a second master and two twin rooms. The 5 th bedroom is downstairs with a shared bathroom. The property is amazing and Kerry was at hand to answer any questions we had. We had a lovely time and Highlands reserve is very prestigious and sits on a splendid golf course. Ideally suited for Disney and for golfers as well. The parks were about 20mins away and Hollywood studious and sea world about 35mins. Walmart 5 mins along with a multitude of restaurants and fast food all within 10 mins of the property. Best one yet. Thankyou for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Two weeks in the sun…

Had a terrific stay at Highlands Reserve. House was as advertised and Kerry was the most responsive host we have ever had. Not that we needed her for anything but she would actually reach out to us every few days to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend!

This villa is perfect in every way. We’ve stayed at Highlands Reserve many times and love the location but this is by far the most modern, and the cleanest villa we’ve stayed in. Kerry was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive from the time of booking through our stay. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else now.

Perfect Stay

From the outset communication with Kerry has been first class. Her response time is always immediate. Her home is amazing and well presented. She is making her own mark on the house, with furniture, decor and renovations. Highlands Reserve is a well cared for estate. We’ve had a wonderful 3 weeks, and could happily have stayed on. Everything you could possibly think of, is supplied in the house. We will definitely return, the location is ideal, for the I4 and the 192, and there are nearby supermarkets. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you 😊x

Amazing first family trip to Florida.

We had a lovely holiday in Florida 1st April to 15th staying in this beautiful villa. It had everything you could possibly need, and the communication with the host Kerry and her helpfulness were above and beyond the call of duty nothing was a problem and she helped me with many of my various questions about our trip from help with anything from toll roads and drivning in America to locating super markets and shopping centre's nearby. The pool area was great lots of loungers and outside eating space. The villa is large and spacious very accommodating plenty of bath and shower rooms and when spending time at the villa planty of room to sit together as a group or sit apart the kids enjoyed the playroom equipped with a Playstation 4. Getting there was pretty straight forward we hired a car in Orlando and drove down to the villa around 45 mins Disney parks were around 25-35mins drive with the traffic and universal around 45 mins drive. Overall an amazing stay and experience and would not hesitate in returning to this villa.

Wonderful Property!

This is a wonderful vacation villa. From the moment we entered, we felt welcome and at home. Very well appointed and stocked, plenty of towels, very comfortable beds and furniture and new pool furniture. It was a nice touch to have pool inflatables waiting for us. Kerry and the mgmt company are fantastic, quick responses and just a really pleasant experience! Definitely will stay again!

Amazing Villa

Incredible stay at the villa, perfect home away from home. Kerry is prompt with responses and always finds a way to work things out. Especially during the current covid-19 pandemic, she has made everything beyond expectation not only with the cleanliness of the home but ensuring the safety of all the guests. Shorts Family Vacation 2020

The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. When we weren’t swimming in the pool we were in the game room playing the different games in there. Because of Covid-19 we didn’t go out much except for groceries but there was so much to do at the villa we didn’t even care. I can’t say enough about the owner, Kerry. She was so helpful with everything we needed. I felt like I made a friend because of her kindness. She’s the best owner we have ever had on any vacation we have ever taken.

Awesome!

I was hesitant about booking online because of all of the horror stories you hear about not actually seeing where you'll be staying before you arrive. Kerry was awesome! She answered all of my questions and even sent me updated pictures of the home after a renovation was complete. She completely kept me in the loop. The booking process was simple, convenient.....and honest. My husband, myself and our 4 kiddos were in the Villa for a week and it was perfect. All of the conveniences of home and then some. The kids had a blast in the pool and game rooms but were also able to have plenty of space to get away from each other when needed :) We would most definitely stay there again.

Didn't want to leave!

This home was perfect for our family of 6 - with plenty of room for more. The kitchen was well-appointed, the lanai was beautiful & the beds comfy. We've booked with VRBO many times and both the home and communication with the owner has been the best. We hope to stay at this property again.
