Quiet downtown apartment just minutes from bus and train station, Pier 1 and historic center. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and living room. Parking available in the building. Close to museums, restaurants and shopping centers. Very quiet and cozy, newly renovated and with all rooms to the outside. Internet connection via Wifi, washing machine, oven, refrigerator and full kitchen.

Great Location
The location of the property was great. The apartment also met all our needs and was within a 10 minute walk to the City Center. Alex was really responsive to any questions that we had. Had a great stay!!

Listen up, folks! This place may have a killer location, but let me tell you, don’t be fooled!
The location of this unit is excellent, as it is conveniently situated near SOHO and within walking distance to all local areas. However, the cleanliness of the apartment is extremely disappointing and almost to the point where it is not worth the money. Unfortunately, we had no other options and were forced to stay in this subpar condition. Here are some of the issues we encountered: - The shower curtain was covered in mold. - The bathroom caddy contained old hairs from someone shaving, as well as long hairs. - The tea pot was filled with old, rancid milk. - The towels were extremely stiff and appeared to be several years old, making them unusable for anything other than cleaning floors. - The drain pad for washed plates had mold and an old rusted blade left behind by the previous tenant. - The entire apartment was covered in inches of dust film. - The kitchen counter was disgustingly dirty, with old food remnants, and even the toaster had old debris inside. We had to place blankets on the side just to have a somewhat clean place to sit. If this is the standard of what VRBO allows to be rented out to their customers, I will never use their services again. I have photos to prove all of this!

Bon emplacement, parking sous terrain si besoin. Jolie vue et proche de petits café sympa et déjeunés. Un peu excentré mais très proche de moyens de transports pour accéder au centre en quelque minutes.

Great apartment in great location
This spacious, bright apartment was the perfect location for our 3 month stay in Malaga. The location was ideal--walking distance to beaches, the historic center, the bus/train station and numerous restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The rooms were very large, with lots of windows. The master bedroom had an attached bath with a full size tub/shower. The kitchen was well equipped and had a standard size refrigerator/freezer. The utility room was attached to the kitchen and had a washing machine/dryer as well as a clothes line outside the window. The wifi was quick and reliable. The parking garage was in the basement of the building and was easily accessed. We rented a car that we used to take trips outside of town, but when we were in town, the location of the apartment made it easy to walk everywhere or use the excellent public transportation. There were several grocery stores nearby--the largest was at the train station which was only a few minutes' walk. Malaga is a lovely city--lots of great restaurants, historical sites and museums. There were activities going on all the time. Alex was an excellent host--he always responded quickly before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Malaga. Muchas gracias, Alex.
