Our place is a ground floor apartment, part of a detached house, surrounded by a nice garden with it's own outdoor entrance. It is located on the north base of Ymitos mountain,( 5 min to Metro by bus, 50m to bus stop, 10 min with the Metro from Athens centre . Ιdeal for those who want to combine visits to the centre of Athens with a quiet and safe accommodation in a district. Also ideal for those who want to do their walks or exercice to the mountain 100m away from the appartment.
Recently refurbished, it is fully equipped and sleeps at least 4 comfortably. Possible to accommodate up to 5 persons. Accommodation comprises one main double bedroom ( with TV) , a small bedroom , large living room in studio style with a comfy sofa-bed ,big round dinning table with chairs , fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, bathroom with shower . Free wi-fi, hot water, heating, towels and linen are also provided. A laundry machine is available for more than a month stays.
If number of guests is less than three the use of second bedroom or sofa couch (as bed ) is possible at an additional cost of 5 Euros per night and guests must notify us to adjust price.

Sweetest abode just outside of Athens
I have rented with VRBO for almost 10 years now. This was my first European booking. From the moment I arrived, Demitris and Irini were gracious hosts. Even the taxi driver said I was staying in a nice area... You will love the street, as it’s quaint and quiet. The apartment was more than enough space for 2-3 people. It was the perfect place to come rest in after a long day out discovering in Athens. My daughter was attending the American College in Greece which was the main reason I chose this place. It was only 2 miles from her. The bus stop was within n walking distance, as was the grocery store (we took a taxi back), and Me Geusto- the sweetest restaurant was within walking distance as well and we had 4 of the most amazing meals there.. The best decision I made was renting from Demetris and Irini. 💙🇬🇷
