Beautiful spacious air-conditioned apartment, completely refurbished in perfect location to visit Nice and explore the Cote d'Azur.
3 minutes walk to beach and the Promenade des Anglais. Close to centre-5 minutes away by bus or a short walk from the main shopping areas and the old-town. Sea view from the terrace. The apartment is on the 5th floor serviced with an elevator.
The perfect place for an unforgettable stay in Nice. It has been recently refurbished with modern and high quality material, furniture and decoration. Parking is not included in the rental. Paid parking is available nearby, the closest one is at Place Massena who offer daily and weekly rates.

A wonderful place to stay

This was a wonderful place to stay for our first visit to Nice. My wife, my daughter, and I had plenty of room staying there. Restaurants, stores, and the beach were all a short walk away, which was one of the many things we enjoyed about staying there.

Fantastic Nice stay

Absolutely lovely apartment in a great neighborhood in Nice. Right near the water, fantastic apartment (elevator, AC, great host), couldn't have been a better spot.

Wonderful location

Place was roomy and clean and a great location. Loved the patio that had a view of and ocean. The manager who let us in was very nice but communication was a little difficult but we figured it out. Would stay again which is biggest compliment.

Perfect central location

This was the perfect find for our long weekend in Nice. It's a short stroll into the old town, with the Promenade des Anglais on the doorstep for early morning runs and trips to the beach - parasol was available at the apartment which was great. Highly recommend this place for a Nice beak!

Spacious Apartment with a beautiful view

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment was spacious which is a rare find in Nice. The location was great, it is very close to the water. We loved the latge balcony as well that came with a view of the water. Communication with the host was prompt. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spacious, light-filled apartment in Nice

The apartment was great- exactly as advertised. Check-in was easy. Katia, who was lovely, was waiting to meet us despite our late arrival. The little terrace where weate dinner one night was delightful. The location, just steps away from the Promenade des Anglais and away from the night noise of old town was great. We walked most places. Highly recommend.

Great family apartment

We enjoyed our week in Nice - location was convenient and good for our family as the building was fairly quiet. Katherine and Katia made the process easy and we’d recommend it to other families coming to Nice.

Perfect place for the two of us

The apartment is lovely; freshly painted with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. We loved the location and appreciated how clean the apartment was when we arrived.

Very Nice apartment

we enjoyed our stay in this apartment.The view from the balcony every morning by breakfast is breathtaking. Everything is within reach restaurant, cafe,shopping. Promende Anglaise is two minute away. we recommand this place to other people

A perfect stay and amazing trip

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this apartment in Nice France. We are three girls in our 20s and were looking to explore the south of France and used nice as our base. The apartment was in perfect condition, it was much bigger than we expected! The two bedroom were kept nicely, the bathroom was modern and large and the kitchen has everything we needed including some tea and coffee which was a nice surprise. The balcony had sea views and we sat out there every evening before heading out into the action. This was a perfect location, the beach was less than a minute away, the main square and old town were a short walk or we took advantage of the bikes along the promenade which got us around very quickly! It was also easy to get to from the airport. Kathrine and Katia the hosts were so helpful and generous, helping us get settled in and continued to be communicative, friendly and helpful throughout our stay! We needed a place to store our bags and get a shower on our last day and they made sure we were all sorted! Overall this stay was flawless and I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the south of France ! Thank you so much.

Séjour pour étape du tour 2024

L'appartement est bien situé, à quelques encablures à pieds du vieux Nice et très proche de la plage. Nous regrettons le non fonctionnement du lave-vaisselle et du congélateur sans avoir été prévenus. Le réfrigérateur mériterait d'être changé, la porte ferme mal. A noter l'accord du propriétaire pour entrer 2h avant l'heure prévue.

Appartement très bien situé et spacieux. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien et un des lit de la deuxième chambre est davantage lit d’appoint et n’est pas du tout confortable pour un adulte. Nous avons tout de même passé un beau séjour.

Emplacement stratégique mais...

Après un accueil vraiment chaleureux et convivial de la part de Nadia, nous avons pu profiter de notre séjour de deux semaines pour explorer la ville de Nice et les alentours. Cet appartement est super bien situé : à quelques pas de la Promenade des Anglais et d'un arrêt de tram, à 15 minutes à pieds du Vieux Nice et 25 de la Gare. Toutefois, nous avons été déçues du confort de la chambre secondaire, en principe pour deux personnes, mais dont un lit n'était en fait qu'un lit de camp; de plus, elle était équipée d'une chaise en guise de table de chevet. Le balcon, d'où on pouvait apercevoir la mer, n'invitait pas à la détente puisqu'il était encombré de différents articles de nettoyage. Bref, un endroit idéal pour un couple qui n'aurait pas besoin de la deuxième chambre et qui ne s'attend pas à prendre l'apéro sur la terrasse.

Frierend wohnen mit Mängeln

die Wohnung liegt direkt an der sehr belebten rue de France, das Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof ist ruhig, das andere zur rue Andrioli sehr laut und mit verschlossenen sShränken möbliert. Die Wohnung hat einige, teils gravierende, Mängel: Im Schlafzimmer (zum Hof) befand sich der tropfende Heizkörper mit einer Schüssel darunter direkt neben dem Bett, ein Rolladen war geschlossen und nicht benutzbar (Kurbel defekt); im Badezimmer gab es tatsächlich keine Steckdose! der Gefrierschrank in der Küche war war komplett vereist (fehlerhaft eingebaut neben dem Kühlschrank); keine Tür in der Wohnung war fest zu schliessen, im Bad (mit WC) funktionierte der Riegel nicht); die versprochene Zentralhei-zung war ein Reinfall - die Heizkörper wurden abends nur ganz lauwarm (im 2. Schlafzimmer war sie gar nicht zu öffnen). Wir haben sehr gefroren, auch nachdem Katja, die freundliche Vertreterin von Kathérine, uns ein kleines Heiz-gerät vorbeibrachte (ihr nochmals vielen dank!)

Parfait !

Belle résidence et très bien située. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et était très propre à notre arrivée. Très bon accueil également, la climatisation était mise et les lits préparés. La connexion internet au top. Je recommande fortement. Nous y retournerons si nous revenons à Nice.

Bel emplacement

L’accueil et la propreté de l’appartement, étaient excellents. Mais les photos étaient un peu trompeuses. La terrasse est minuscule et le salon moins vaste que sur la photo. Aussi il manque un porte-savon dans la douche. Mais l’emplacement est idéal à seulement une rue de la Promenade des Anglais.

L’emplacement est idéal. La propreté irréprochable. En revanche, pas d’armoire ou de tiroir pour ranger ses vêtements dans l’une des 2 chambres. En dehors de ça, rien à redire !
