Location, location, location. Close to town, but private. Always a breeze. Ocean views, sunsets and sunrises.
What makes this property unique
Roof deck with incredible 360 degree views. Large private rear deck. Room for 2 cars off street parking. Bikes included, close to dozens of miles of scenic bike paths.
This is a classic summer beach house with all the amenities you need to have an enjoyable seaside vacation. Brant Point is one of the most desirable locations on the island due to proximity to town and Nantucket Sound in a quiet residential setting.
