Nice place, recommended.

Just got back after one week here. Owner is really nice, friendly and easy. We could check out when we wanted and leave the keys in mailbox etc. There is a baker 10 meters from house, a shop 3 minutes (walking) so its a good location. With a rental car its less than 10 mins into town where parking is free. The pool is a decent size and was used a lot.

Estupenda

Es un apartamento estupendo reformado en la parte superior de una casa antigua, muy amplio con sus 4 dormitorios, una buena terraza y la piscina es un plus. Todo muy bien, a apenas 6 km del centro de Viana do Castelo y cerca de playas estupendas. Todo muy limpio y muy completo el menaje de cocina. Zona muy tranquila estupenda para deacansar y con tiendas cercanas (una buen horno de panadería justo al lado de la casa). Una estancia muy agradable.

Séjour très agréable avec piscine et très proche du centre

Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel avec 4 chambres, 1 sdb, 1 cuisine, 1 salon et une terrasse. Serviettes et draps mis à dispositions. Le plus du logement est surtout le très grand jardin et sa piscine : un vrai plaisir en été. La localisation est parfaite puisqu'il est situé à 100m du centre de Santa Marta avec supermarché, boulangerie, bar... Egalement très pratique pour aller dans le centre de Viana puisqu'il y a des bus ou alors des taxis très disponibles pour seulement 8 euros. Le dernier atout de la location est les propriétaires puisqu'ils sont extrêmement disponibles et serviables. Ils nous ont offerts plusieurs bouteilles durant le séjour ainsi qu'un peu de nourriture le premier soir quand nous n'avions pas eu le temps de faire des courses ! Je recommande vivement et encore merci à André ;)

Superbe maison et terrain

Magnifique maison ancienne terrain arboré et piscine. Nous avons pu profiter des visites à Viana Porto et plusieurs petites villes alentours et rentrer le soir profiter de la piscine et de la propriété. Le seul bémol literie à ressorts!
