About this property

Spacious 3 bed Villa with pool. Close to Monte Clerigo & Amoreira. Great views.

Set in the Costa Vincentina National Park, with stunning views over the Amoreira Valley, you'll find our spacious 3 double bed roomed Villa.

The accommodation comprises of a spacious lounge diner, with a woodburner, a large fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (2 with king size beds and one with twin beds), plus 2 shower/bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are situated on the first floor, with another double room on the ground floor with access to patio area.

There is a private pool (access can be restricted for small children), private garden, sun terraces and off road parking. There is outdoor seating, including a large table and chairs for outdoor dining on the rear sun terrace. In addition there is seating on the front terrace where you can catch the morning sun as it rises over the Monchique mountain range. Sunbeds are also provided.

There are some fantastic beaches close by - Monte Clerigo beach is on the doorstep (1 km) as is Amoreira beach, with Arrifana beach a short drive away. The local town of Aljezur is approx 7 km away which has the benefit of an Intermarche Supermarket, restaurants, cafes, banks and a local produce market. There is a cafe (O Oze) and a cafe/restaurant (O Sargo) at Monte Clerigo and the Restaurante Taberna do Gabriel II is a short walk along the path on the top of the cliff from the villa. There are further restaurants a short drive away at Vale de Telha, as well as a small supermarket. There is an Intermarche Supermarket in Aljezur itself, which is less than a 10 minute drive.

Très belle location

Une superbe découverte ! Tout était plaisant dans cette villa très spacieuse et parfaitement agencée et équipée. La literie était vraiment confortable et beaucoup de choses étaient laissées à disposition (nourriture, produits ménagers, jeux, DVD). L'hôte a été très prévenant et attentionné, un guide envoyé avant l'arrivée, et disponible dans la maison, détaillant tous les équipements de la maison, les environs. Le village est très calme et se trouve vraiment à côté d'une superbe plage. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette villa !

Tolle Woche an der Westalgarve

Fantastic villa for space and location

A lovely, clean, fully equipped and spacious villa. The location is quiet which was ideal for us, though only a short walk away from 2 beaches, and a short car journey to nearby Aljezur which is a sweet little town with shops, restaurants & cafes (including vegan ones) and a great indoor produce market. The listing is entirely accurate, and communication with Jill both prior to our stay, and during, was excellent. We had such a great holiday, thanks Jill.

Schönes Haus am Meer

Wir haben dieses gepflegte Haus jetzt wiederholt gebucht, genießen den schönen Pool, die Lounge Ecke mit dem Morgenkaffee und dem Weitblick über das schöne Flusstal. Es gibt auch Meersicht und die Strände sind nah. Jill ist eine schnelle und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.

Wonderful stay in Espartal

The house is very clean, well equipped and has a nice pool. The communication with Jill was great, everything was ready and prepared for us when we arrived. I recommend a mosquito protection when you are outside in the late hours because there are a lot of them in that area, but the house has good protection in the windows. I would definitely recommend the house if you are planning to stay in the Aljezur region. Jill / Matt, thank you so much for hosting us.

Beautiful part of the world

Had a great two week stay in this peaceful part of Portugal. The villa was very clean & well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Pool is lovely. Great communications with the hosts. Local area is very quiet, with stunning scenery It’s only a short walk to Monte Clerigo beach, which is wonderful, although it’s quite a steep walk back up the hill!! Aljezur is nice little town with good places to eat & a well equipped Intermarche. This is a beautiful part of the world, which we hope to visit again one day, and we would very happily stay in this property again,

Excelente estadia!!

A casa é exatamente aquilo que o anúncio descreve. Não há surpresas desagradáveis!!! Pelo contrario, a área envolvente é muito tranquila, silenciosa e relaxante. Muito próxima de duas praias excepcionais, podendo ser acessíveis à pé. A água é de uma transparência e pureza incríveis. Recomendo fortemente a casa e com toda a certeza voltarei.

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Genau wie beschrieben

Wir haben zu viert eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist genauso schön wie in der Annonce beschrieben. Der Check in ist einfach und alle Kommunikation prompt und sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Der Pool ist schön gross und die Zimmer gemütlich und praktisch. Die Küche ist toll eingerichtet. Der kleine Ort in dem das Haus liegt ist eine Siedlung mit vielen neuen Villen. Einige davon architektonisch sehenswert. Das Meer ist zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto super zu erreichen. Die Beachbars und Restaurants sind Klasse. Der kleine Ort Aljezur ist einen Besuch wert. Wir fanden es wirklich sehr schön und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Herrlicher Familien- Surf Urlaub

Sehr, sehr schönes Ferienhaus, mit guter Ausstattung. Ein netter Kontakt. Wöchentlich gibt es frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche . Der Stand ist fußläufig erreichbar, besser jedoch mit dem Auto.

Alugava de novo

Casa de grande dimensões, ideal para 6 pessoas adultas. Super perto da praia, com uma piscina e terraços ótimos. A Dona da casa, a Jill é super querida e sempre preocupada mesmo durante a estadia, a confirmar se está tudo ok. O Slyvester, quem trata do check-in também muito prestavél.

Very nice and clean house in a perfect location to get to the beaches and surfing spots. In a very quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the owners was super smooth and they showed much flexibility. Definitely a place we would recommend and visit again.

Sweat appartement for nice Holidays

It's a nice, and large appartement, very clean and has everything you nedd for some great holidays. You can walk to the beach and is in a very silent village. Informations are given and very useful! Only the shower curtain should be changed because of some mildew. And if you want to shop any food etc. you have to drive up to 10 minutes to get to an supermarket

Although we have owned an apartment in Lagos for many years, we really wanted to buy a Villa in Espartal as we loved the views and gorgeous location. We are both keen walkers and love the outdoors so when this Villa came up we jumped at the chance! Although we live in the UK (at the moment!), we get over to Portugal whenever we can as we love the people and the way of life.

What makes this property unique

The Villa is spacious, light and airy. The architect/builder apparently loved boats, hence the rather unusual design of the Villa and the neighbouring 3. There are no crowds so it is peaceful, but not far away for amenities.
