Location manque d'hygiène
Logement bien situé avec une suberbe vue, résidence un peu vieillissante. Logement très sale, le menage est effectué par les locataires et il n'y a pas de contrôle. Les coussins sont pleins de tâches et le rideau de douche tout jaune.

Séjour porticcio
Petit appartement sympa au sein d une résidence sur les hauteurs de porticcio. Intérieur vieillot ms pratique pr une famille de 4 pers. Bien situé pr visiter les environs. Par contre la piscine est sur l autre coteau ds une autre résidence donc pas à côté et pas de bip pr s y stationner en véhicule malgré tout on y a accès et cela reste tjrs agréable de se rafraîchir en fin de journée, ouverte de 9 à 20h. Pas de petits commerces sur place type boulangerie obligation de prdre véhicule ou marcher 2 kilomètres. Point le plus embêtant pr nous fan de tennis c est q les cours sont payants pr pratiquer et pas donné , 20 euros une heure peu importe la surface, Padel 40 euros pr 1h30. Malgré tout ça, nous avons passé d agréables vacances car la corse est magique météo, plage… et proprio super sympa et facilite la prise en compte de l appart même si tt se fait à distance. Fort de ceci je recommande tt de même cet appart car le matin le p’tit dej sur la terrasse est top.

Appartement super bien situé et quelle vue : coucher de soleil flamboyant tous les soirs sur le golf d’Ajacccio. Comfortable avec tout le nécessaire, un fonds d’épicerie pour dépanner et en prime, fort apréciable : la Clim 😁 Notre hôte super gentil et excellant accueil 😁 vraiment, je recommande vivement

Excellent séjour dans cette résidence vieillissante, mais l’appartement était confortable avec une belle terrasse. Dommage grève du ramassage des ordures !!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel et idéalement situé face au golf d'Ajaccio. Des places de parking au pied de l'appartement nous ont bien aidé avec les enfants.
