Family holidays are the best part of the year, so having that in mind we designed villa Zoe to be an ideal spot for a nice, cozy family vacation. 15km away from Pula airport, 2km from the first market and restaurant, 12km away from the beach.
The whole house exudes a specific family charm, while maintaining the traditional Istrian spirit. With just 15 minutes away from Pula and 20 minutes away from Rovinj, you can not have a better starting point for your exploration of Istrian peninsula.
4 bedrooms can easily accommodate 8 persons: 3 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed each, and the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds available. 2 bathrooms are at your disposal, first with a shower and a washing machine, the second one with a bath.
There you also have a living room with a cozy sofa/couch, well equipped kitchen, balcony at the first floor and a covered terrace with a family outdoor dining table that can accommodate 8 people at the ground floor.
In the kitchen you will not miss anything because there are all the necessary facilities:
- dishwasher
- oven
- fridge and a freezer
- coffee maker
- kettle
- microwave
- toaster
2 Air Conditioning units will not only keep the house cool on hot summer days, but they will also provide heat during cold nights. At villa Zoe you can use WiFi as much as you want for free, watch satellite channels on one of the TVs provided or listen to music on a small mp3 stereo.
600m2 yard and a beautiful 32m2 private pool are at your disposal. Barbecue, sun umbrellas, 6 sun loungers and private parking for your cars are all available on spot.
Guests can enjoy the central joint park where they can walk along the canoe and the beautiful wooden bridge, with a gazebo in the middle of the park shared with other guests of the resort.
There is a tennis court that our guests can use, shared with other guests at the villa resort (16 villas have that privilege), and also a half-basketball court where you can shoot some hoops. Dear sports people, here you have a couple of great options for an active vacation.
