Located in Kalkan, Kızıltaş, this spacious holiday villa has 4 bedrooms and a capacity of 8 people, which may be increased to 10 by the use of the sofabeds in the lounge. Our villa is located in a row of four villas, built side by side in a similar architectural style.

The sleeping accomodation consists oftwo double bedrooms on the first floor, both with en-suite bathrooms and one with a jacuzzi. These two bedrooms share a large balcony.There are two twin bedrooms on the top floor which share a bathroom. These two bedrooms open on to a roof terrace. All the bedrooms have breathtaking views across Kalkan Bay.

The ground floor accomodation comprises of a well-equipped spacious open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge, which open onto the pool terrace. There is also a communal w.c. on this floor. There is seating for 8 in the lounge and a dining table for six indoors.

Outdoors on the generous pool terrace there are four sunbeds and a dining table and chairs for 8, plus a swing and BBQ - all guests need to enjoy dining al fresco whilst soaking in the unforgettable views.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout and has a wi-f- internet connection. There is a garage parking space on the access road level under the pool.

This villa is located in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan, up a steep hill. Whilst located only 1.5km from the town centre walking back to the villa from the centre, during the heat of the summer, may be difficult due to the steepness of the approach.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 5000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
