Needs a thorough cleaning
Location and size good for our family wedding at Merrimon Wynne. Property needs a thorough cleaning. Towels threadbare. Miscellaneous dirty looking bedding taking up closet space. Oven and cooktop as well as kitchen cabinetry very dirty. Needs clean potholders and towels. Fingerprints on appliances on arrival. Refrigerator had food particles in it. Would not stay again.
Amazing house for a large gathering/group!
Love the fact that each room has its own bathroom!!!
Spacious dinning room and kitchen - fully supplied with all you ever need.
Decor could use some updating.
Brenda communicated effectively and often.
Would recommend and return!
All around great house. Spacious well appointed rooms. Big bedrooms. Close to restaurants and attractions. Our group of golfers have made an annual trip for the last 24 years. For the past several years we have rented a house. All agreed this is the best so far. Owners very responsive to questions. Highly recommended.
First the good- the space was wonderful and we enjoyed having a private bathroom for every couple. The house was decorated beautifully with up to date furnishings. The code operating lock was very convenient and we didn’t have to worry about losing a key. The were some areas of improvement needed. Minor maintenance issues. The ceiling fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms didn’t work and ot was quite warm in that room. Another bathroom had
Having all bedrooms with bath was just wonderful for out mixed group. Very convenient to downtown. We could walk to the IBMA Festival events in just a few minutes. Good restaurants and excellent bakery in walking distance. bakery in
Our group of 5 long time girlfriends loved the front porch and the proximity to downtown Raleigh. The house was very clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and everything worked. The hostess was quick and easy to communicate with. We would stay there again.
Very nicely decorated/appointed home with comfortable beds for our group of 4 couples. Perfect location, quiet and walking distance to many restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. Check in was a breeze and the host was quick to respond to our needs. Would definitely stay there again the next time we’re in Raleigh
We enjoyed our stay immensely. What we particularly prized was that everyone in our group was able to have their own bedroom with a bathroom attached, a rarity in our experience. The house was perfectly prepared for our arrival. We would definitely rent this house again.
We were a party of six visiting Raleigh for a family wedding. The house was perfect for us. Everyone was comfortable and had space to relax. Each room having en suite bathrooms was a plus! Easy to get to other points of interest. Communication with the hosts was seamless. Highly recommended.
The house is spacious and has southern charm. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the rooms large. The AC worked like a charm. We enjoyed nights and some days on the front deck. The location is walkable and so very convenient to downtown.Pleasantly there wasn't a laundry list of things to do before leaving- just empty the trash, the refrigerator and collect your towels. Great washer/dryer/ iron & board set-up. Some areas could use some TLC, the kitchen is lacking in serving and storage supplies, there were a few lightbulbs blown and it could probably use some more "smart" home upgrades. Overall we loved the house and had a restful and comfortable stay.
This house is amazing! So much space! Very large primary bedroom on first floor with extra spacious bath and walk-in closet. 4 incredible bedrooms upstairs! Also, an amazing front porch in a quaint neighborhood.
We stayed here for our daughter's wedding at Market Hall in downtown Raleigh. We could not have picked a better place. In walking distance to many breweries, bars, and restaurants. You can walk to downtown (several of us did) or take a very short drive. An absolute gem! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Jelly inn was spot on with location to our venue. The home inside was true to the gorgeous posted photos, lovely and inviting!
Unfortunately, the toilet upstairs in the right side bedroom was, well splattered. I scrubbed with bleach wipes for my guest.
The ice machine needed maintenance and couldn't keep up with demand, so we bought ice for our stay. Bought batteries for the living room TV remote and bottle/wine opener. The renter didn't meet trash day deadlines so the trash went on top of cans in driveway. The photo's on line don't match the backyard and deck area, which are in much need of maintenance (Photo's if needed). However, the home inside, as stated was absolutely beautiful, and the front porch, for us, made beautiful memories of my daughter's wedding while in Raleigh.
We had the pleasure of staying in this gorgeous home for our son’s wedding weekend. The home is clean, spacious and had everything a group could want or need. The beds are comfortable ! We wanted a home for our family to enjoy together for the wedding weekend. While my husband and I were very busy our family had the pleasure of relaxing on the fabulous porch and enjoyed the surrounding area as well as wedding festivities. Highly recommend a must stay! Having five bedrooms with 5.5 bathrooms made getting ready for weekend events so easy. Some family members commented that they slept better here than at their own home!
This was a perfect match for our family. Location was so convenient to downtown events. The house was fantastic! Spacious and comfortable. I also have to stay that this was the best-stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a few! I cannot recommend this house enough. Truly made our weekend more special.
What a fabulous property. We rented this house for family to meet and attend graduation. The house was more then I could imagine, 5 bedroom with private baths, great front and back porches to enjoy rocking, and conversation. The home was spotless nicely furnished, the kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed cooking for our crowd. Conveniently located near downtown Raleigh with adequate on street parking. Would definitely stay again!
We traveled from Pennsylvania to North Carolina to attend the NCSU graduation with family. This home was comfortable, clean and provided everyone with plenty of space. We had a great time! Thank you!
We loved this house! So convenient, accommodating and comfortable. We loved taking walks in the neighborhood to local stores and restaurants. It was a perfect for our stay with our friends.
If we ever return to this area in NC, we would love to come back to this beautiful house.
Our family of 11 from the Northeast stayed here for 4 nights while in Raleigh for my son’s wedding. It was the perfect accommodation with plenty of space to spread out. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were, how beautiful the house was and how convenient the location was to all the weekend festivities and Raleigh points of interest. We had everything we needed and had absolutely no issues. I highly recommend this home for a group trip!
We enjoyed this lovely house we were 6 ladies on a girls trip to Quilt Con. We enjoyed a short walk to the convention center, the house was very spacious, clean, instructions were clear, entry was smooth good communication!
This property is located close to everything. You don’t need to bring a thing, they have it all. There’s room for everyone to spread out!
