The house needs work

The house is way out dated and needs a lot of work. Internet and TV service was horrible does not barely work. Hot tub area is ready to fall down and doors that enter are makeshift. In a nut shell I would not rent this house because the photos listed online do not look like the house I wanted to rent. House is ran down and does not seem to be maintained.

Weekend Getaway

This was a great house for a large group. It’s centrally located to Carmel by the sea and Pebble Beach. The views were beautiful too! The house was very fun with the putting greens pool table and hot tub! We loved the hot tub but the little house where it is could use some TLC. The rental agency was also very helpful and attentive! Thanks for a great weekend!

Special space

We were very impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the property. The area really provided for great conversations for large groups and balanced it with separation for smaller group gatherings. The location is wonderfully close to Pebble Beach and the beautiful California coastline.

Weekend family getaway

Overall very nice house and surroundings Did have issues with the stove racks sliding out when door was opened. Also burner knobs were hot to the touch when the stove was on. Also downstairs shower power was weak snd the Nozzle kept falling off the attachment Holder Did have problems getting the hot tub yo warm but Dominic quickly rectified that problem All in all we had fun

Lost power for 36 hours and leaky windows

Thought based on pictures of gold course and name of listing it was on the golf course so we were a bit disappointed. House was large and kitchen was great. Towels and sheets were sub par for a luxury home. When we lost power due to the storm and windows started leaking in master bath I reported it. No wood in the house for the 2 fireplaces to keep us warm. They sent maintenance but had no generator just a gas powered extension cords which we made work under the circumstances. Wish they would have accommodated us with some generosity since we were unable to enjoy the house for 40% of our stay. But no one reached out and we had to check out and leave in the dark as the housekeepers arrived with no power still at 10am. Don’t think I would rent from Luxevaca again based on how they handled this crisis.

Great/Spacious House/Stay

Had a family wedding in Monterey and this house was perfect on all accounts. Spacious, quiet areas for the two infants, close to Lodge and The Inn. Less than 10 minutes to Carmel/Monterey. Great maintenance response - dryer stopped working @5pm. At 7pm two person maintenance team showed up with a new dryer and started troubleshooting old one ! Left at 9p as they needed a different electrical part to install new one. Asked if they could come back at 8a and finish. No problem for us, they arrived @745a and left by 9a’ish - unbelievable response. Had some fun family games using the putting green, hot tub was relaxing.

Magnificent property with great amenities but needs better maintenance

Golfers Dream is a beautiful property with great views and wonderful neighborhoods. It has a mini ⛳️ course, a big game room with pool table, and a jacuzzi hut. Our guests enjoyed all these amenities and their rooms. The only complaints they had was the property was kind of old and many little things like bathroom lights,windowsills,screen doors, etc...didn't function well. Luckily the maintenance responded and fixed them quickly. However, the kitchen roof leak was not an easy one to fix. Hope before the next renter comes,it will be fixed.

Awesome stay!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The home is beautiful and so comfy, the hot tub was amazing and my friends and I were so relaxed. Also an ideal location. Communication was great leading up to and throughout as well.

Family Dream Retreat

We had a great time at the Golfer's Dream Retreat. Adult family time, cooking and connecting, just what many of us needed. We have family and friends in the Carmel Highlands, so this was a perfect spot to have visitors over for a glass of champagne and sunset. Highs: Balcony Views Outdoor grill Living spaces/ for multiple families. Full set of amenities- full kitchen,coffee pot, towels etc House temperature was nice. Hot tub was a plus Cable in every room/ internet alway working And everyone raved about the beds- slept great. Lows: Main over didn't function/ but the backup oven was fine for turkey. Gate was not working Some sliding glass doors need rescreening Sewage was overflowing by gate- pretty yucky. Dinning room table was wobbly Pool table also wobbly Putting green had holes, nervous to use. This was a great property and would recommend. Dominic was always responsive and kind and accommodating!

Perfect house in perfect location

We had a group of 8 staying at this home and we'll 100% stay at the same house the next time we come back. This is located right by every course we played and the cost was very fair. 5 Star Vacation!

We just returned from a wonderful 3 nights in Carmel at this lovely home. We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this was one of our absolute favorites! The location is stellar, the house is stunning, and the management is top drawer. The house was beautifully furnished and has everything you could need for a holiday. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us, and the beds got a thumbs up from us all. So comfy! The kitchen was a chef's delight, and was equipped with every tool and piece of equipment you could want. There were plenty of glasses, utensils and plates, which is often not the case. It was very quiet and the hot tub was a dream. The only down side of our trip was that it had to end. You will not regret any time you have in this beautiful spot.

I believe someone with luxe lx18 needs to walk this property. The property is not as advertised NO A/C. ICE MACHINE BROKEN , BACK SLIDING DOOR HANDLE IS BROKEN. No hot water in primary bath The interior furniture is very used and worn. Dirty carpets due the age of it. Putting green has large divits throughout the green. Spa cabana window panes missing, spa floor is splintered along with the backyard deck. 😞

Beautiful Bachelorette Weekend

The photos of this house don't do it justice! It was absolutely gorgeous and a prime location to explore Carmel, Pebble Beach and Monterey. The one thing that caused an issue was the front gate security not allowing my guests through, even with the instructions given to us about how to access the house. Other than that this place was a dream! Will definitely be renting it again.

For a golf weekend I'm sure the house is great. Good location, with slight ocean view and attractive properties. Furnishings are a bit tired, especially bedding. Note that the 2nd bedroom downstairs is entered only through another bedroom.

Excellent customer service

We had a lovely stay at Pebble beach home, definitely one of the most gorgeous neighborhoods in the world with direct access the best golf courses. The home was in Pebble beach, about 10-12 minutes drive from Ocean Ave. This actually wasn't the home that we had planned , we had planned for another ocean front property towards Carmel-by the sea, but due to a sudden fire in the area, we had to evacuate. What was outstanding was the customer service- special thanks to Manuel and Zorka who were able to relocate us within a few minutes of telling them of our situation. Even though we didn't get to stay in the property of our choice, this home we got relocated to was much bigger in size and plenty of things to do around. This home was a mid-century styled home with a private mini golf in the front yard and a beautiful outdoor spa.The home was very clean when we entered and would definitely recommend to anyone who is coming down to golf in the area. I would definitely come back for the excellent customer service.
