Garden Apartment with private Grounds and Pool
The Garden Apartment is modern yet cozy. It has its own open plan kitchen, living room and dinning area. There is one double bedroom one with double bed.There is a shower room, toilet and vanity, and private washer and dryer fascilites. It is fully centrally heated but also has a pellet burner which makes it suitable for off season bookings. There are also two separate terraces with seating areas.The pool is accessed by a little bridge over the leat at the bottom of the garden.Guests have their own private garden and plus access to all parts of the property, including pool (opens in April May closes mid October ) woodlands and pond area

I or Alun will be greeting you your arrival and making sure you have all you need to make your visit as comfortable as possible. There is a house manual for all questions that may arise from the Wifi code to what restaurants to visit and any contact numbers you may need.
Why they chose this property
We hope you enjoy our property as much as we do. We fell in love with the vast garden, woods, leat, pond and fruit trees neatly packaged in 2 hectares of land. We moved here for a secluded, peaceful, lifestyle in the countryside and we found it. So if you are on vacation or looking to buy I think you will fall in love with this area as we did. Castles and bastille towns galore, the Dordogne and Lot at your fingertips, a boat excursion may even be in order. There is plenty to see and do.
What makes this property unique
The grounds are a unique feature of this home as it sports extensive woods a natural pond with small fish and a small tributary of the the Lèmance running alongside the house. This rivulet has crayfish and watercress. In august the plant life takes over affording a beautiful natural habitat.
