Window unit A/C in each bedroom. Updated open kitchen (ALL new appliances) , with laundry and access to deck and outdoor shower. Off the kitchen is a spacious family room with a cozy window seat, built-in wet bar w/refrigerator and plenty of seating. Less than 1 mile to public championship golf course - Dennis Pines Golf Course! Walking distance to the Lost Dog Pub and more.
