The living area is open plan with air conditioning throughout, and beautifully decorated. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and has a stylish breakfast bar with stools . Next to this is the dining area for six . The adjacent lounge area has large comfortable sofas, coffee table and a flat screen satellite TV. On this floor, just about the entire front of the Villa has floor to ceiling sliding patio windows, making the most of the panoramic views from inside and providing access to the large terrace area with outdoor furniture and BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco or just relaxing with a pre-dinner drink and taking in the views before going out for the evening.
All 5 bedrooms are air conditioned and have an en-suite, with walk in shower. The master bedroom also has the added luxury of a Jacuzzi bath and a flat screen tv. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have a private balcony or a terrace to outdoor space, with outdoor furniture. For your convenience there is a washing machine, clothes horse, washing basket, iron and ironing board.
Air conditioning throughout is also used for heating in the cooler months.
The large private infinity pool (approx 45m2) has a large terrace with sunbeds, parasols and a swing. Equally impressive outdoors, the villa has a large Jacuzzi by the impressive infinity pool and a pergola shades a poolside bar and traditional Turkish seating area (kösk). Pool can be heatable and daily price is 2000 TL .The upper terrace can be accessed from any part of the living area via floor to ceiling patio windows. The outdoor seating area, dining furniture and BBQ is perfect for dining alfresco and taking in the views before going out for the evening.
The lower terrace can be accessed from anywhere outside or through patio doors from bedrooms 4 and 5. Private parking is available directly outside the Villa. As the Villa is large (approx. 250m2) it offers a great deal of space and privacy and is popular with both families and groups holidaying together. We recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 6000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
