Villa Can Pulit is a charming holiday home in Mallorca, situated in the picturesque village of Selva, sits at the base of the Tramuntana Mountain range - Unesco World Heritage. Villa Can Pulit is a spacious and bright village house, which has the following distribution: on the ground floor, there is an ample living room with comfortable sitting areas and a TV, a separate dining room with a table for 8 persons, big and fully equipped kitchen with a dining/breakfast table, a double bedroom with a king size bed, and a bathroom with a bay¡th tube and a shower.

The upper floor offers another living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, library, and exit to a cosy balcony; and 2 bedrooms (one with a king size bed and another one with two single beds) with bathrooms en suite (both with a shower).
Also, there is an outdoor bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet.

Among other amenities, Villa Can Pulit counts with Wi-Fi, satellite TV with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc.), washing machine, linens, towels, parking covered space, etc.

Villa Can Pulit is tastefully decorated, and combines typical Mallorcan decorations as wooden ceiling beams, natural stone, solid wood carpentry and furniture, wrought iron railings, etc. with modern and comfortable appliances and installations.

*Silence is obligatory between 22:00 and 09:00, and during the rest of the day respect for the neighbors is essential (no loud music, excessive noise, etc.)*
