objekt 8564501 reservierungsnummer HA-TKH91B anreise 25.05.2024 abreise 15.06.2024 kosten 3.886,52 € Katastrophal. Nach einer Woche (9 von 21 Tage) haben wir den Aufenthalt wegen sextrem tarker Lämbelästigung (3 Baustellen in direkter Umgebung) abgebrochen und sind ausgezogen. -im Angebot steht magnificent quiet Villa. Es handelt sich aber um 5 aneinandergebaute Wohneinheiten mit gemeinsamen Wänden, nicht um ein freistehendes Haus. -diese Wände und Böden wurden früh morgens mit Presslufthammer bearbeitet so das ein ausschlafen nicht mehr möglich war. - Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war zu beanstanden. -Kaffeemaschine mit verschimmeltem filter - Kühlschrank roch muffig -Bettwäsche und Hantücher in dunkelbrauner farbe. wir haben eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher benutzt. -kein Trockner. -Auflagen für Gartenmöbel nicht vorhanden, - Gemüsegarten nicht vorhanden. - Badezimmerauflagen waren voller Sand. Kontakt mit der Beterung: nach 2 Tagen wollten wir die Beanstandungen besprechen, was aber nicht möglich war.

Behulpzame gastheer

Voor 4 volwassenen is het huis misschien net iets te krap maar de uitrusting (keuken, een heerlijke buitendouche, badkamer) volstaat ruimschoots. Ook de ligging, tegen de bosrand, in een rustige wijk en op enkele honderden meters van het strand zijn een troef.

Semaine au calme

Nous avons passe une super semaine au calme, avec les cigales, les pins et la plage. La maison avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin - meme si c'est dommage que le barbecue n'est pas autorise a cause de la proximite de la foret de pins. Nous avons adore la terrace qui est parfaite pour lire, prendre nos repas et biensur l'apero. La plage est a une dizaine de minutes a pied et on a fait tout le reste en velo. Le coin est superbe. La boulangerie a 10 minutes est excellente. Merci!

Emplacement Topissime pour cette maison très agréable

Petit coin de paradis en lisière de forêt de Pins avec le chant des cigales en prime. Petite copropriété très bien faite car aucun vis à vis et le jardin de la maison est un atout énorme. Proche de tout, marché du Penon très bien achalandé, plage de l’agreou au top et la ville d’Hossegor a 10 min en voiture et 20 minute en vélo par que de la piste cyclable. Merci pour ces bonnes vacances nous reviendrons certainement

Calme, entre mer et forêt

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, dans ce petit cocon . Les balades sur la plage ou en forêt à pied ou à vélo, le marché aux poissons de Capbreton et surtout le calme ! Literie excellente, disponibilité des propriétaires et de Fanny

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans cette propriété à Seignosse. La villa en soi n'est pas très grande mais elle est bien conçue, nous étions 4 et avons été à l'aise en profitant bien de la très belle terrasse et du jardin. La villa est bien située, suffisamment proche de la plade d'Agreou pour y accéder à pied en 10 minutes environ, et suffisamment à l'écart du centre de Seignosse pour bénéficier d'un environnement naturel très reposant. Nous avons également visité la région qui est très belle, y compris jusqu'au pays basque espagnol à moins d'une heure de route. La maison est bien équipée et nous avons été bien accueillis, avec toute l'assistance nécessaire au long du séjour.
